As always Realboiler were quick, effective and very polite andd provided useful additional advice

First called them out February as my dads boiler was not working properly it was making a loud bag noise when starting up. Booked an appointment came out and inspected the boiler cleaned some parts of the boiler and it started working ok advised us we need to service boiler but that it could wait till the summer. 2 weeks later boiler stopped working again and called them out again this time there were parts that needed replacing was given a quote advised them to go ahead with repairs after repair was finished invoice was more than the quote we agreed that he would give us a free service so paid the invoiced amount. Came out for service in June carried out service said everything was ok but after service banging noise when boiler started was back my dad was by now annoyed as this was part of the original complaint and it sill had not been fixed called them back in they took the lid off the boiler moved some wires and then my dad got annoyed as no repair was being carried out and they had a heated discussion and then he just left with the lid still off the boiler tried to contact them would not return my calls and now the boiler has stopped working again and he still will not return my calls will be taking him to court as all the receptionist said is to send in an email complaint there is not a section on there website for complaints. I was not there so do not know what was said between him and my farther but I find it very unprofessional that he will not at least talk to me especially since the boiler has broken down again.

Cannot fault the service, the problem with the boiler was located and fixed immediately and efficiently. He didn't leave until everything was confirmed as now working perfectly. Informative also, so we understood what the work being done was in layman's terms. Personable and professional and very reasonable on costing, we'll be returning to use this business again if needed.

That was my original comment after Real Boiler services did several jobs for me. Then in December the service went completely down hill. A valve on the boiler was changed then left leaking. An appointment was booked on a Friday morning I waited in all day and no one turned up at all, on Saturday I received an apology and a promise to come first thing the following Thursday. Again we waited in all day and no one turned up. I hate leaving bad reviews but that's the point of a review site. Real Boilers get your communications sorted out if you are not coming say so, before you are due to come not the day after.......
