I needed to communicate with Reach by Phone about 3 times with questions. Each time that I asked a question about my account, Laura as well as the others that I talked to answered me with clarity. They asked me how my day was going, and how I was doing. The few times that I talked with Reach Staff, it was very helpful.

Great experience
The staff member that i spoke with was very helpful and easy to understand. I felt very comfortable with my decision with getting the loan. I can now feel at ease with my payment and to know when I will be done paying everything off.

The person I was talking to explained everything. They made sure I understood how this loan works. They made sure I was included in what was going to happen. No telling me to do this loan.
