We were waiting for the bus to the airport at our hotel Brim in Reykjavik at 21.00-21.30. About 21.20-21.25 the receptionist called the Company to ask if they were on the way..
The driver said that he was at Brim hotel 5 minutes ago..
Absolutely not true. We were waiting just beside the intrance looking after the bus. And the receptionist was looking after the bus.. 3 persons looking out of the window.. So maybe he was waiting by another hotel..?
We were told to call for a taxi to the bus terminal. 
The receptionist told us that it wasn’t the first time she saw that. It happens often. 
Why buying the fly bus+ tickets if they don’t give the “+” service? (+ means you get picked up from your hotel)
While we were waiting we saw some busses passing by. But none of them stopped by our hotel. As a proof the company sent us a gps screenshot from the bus route. As you can see the bus didn’t stop. It drove 1 km/h when the screenshot was taken. 

Here is the respons from the company where they refuse to pay the taxi receipt 1800 is/kr. 

However, all our buses are equipped with a GPS tracker.
According to our records, the shuttle J13 was at 21:09 at Skipthölt 27, on 9th January.

Our driver was there to pick you up.

I do not recommend Reykjavik Excursions and will not utilize them when I go back to Iceland. Worst customer service ever. I have been to all seven continents including the Arctic and never have I encountered a customer service agent so rude. Please Reykjavik Excursions management, check out all calls received August 13 between 10:35 to 10:50, I was not able to note the name of the discourteous agent. I asked for the manager and spoke with Stephen. On my booking confirmation it says pick-up from the chosen city bus stop is 10:30 so I was at the bus stop at 10:05. I know I must look for a Reykjavik Excursions bus however I still ask every single bus that arrives if I am supposed to go with them, just to make sure. The guy from Gray Line was so courteous and kind, when I asked him he said "Sorry this is not with us but another provider. Have a nice day." No bus dropped by from 10:05 to 10:40 so I called the customer service. The aggressive agent assumed I just got in the bus stop at 10:30, his responses were really horrible. I have been doing my itinerary for several YEARS around the world and it is just so weird the paper says pick-up at 10:30 and this disrespectful guy is saying I must be at the bus stop 10:00. Even the team leader, Stephen seemed not to care much about my complaint. He said next bus at 11:00, reached 11:05, grumpy driver. Guys you should listen to constructive criticism from your customers, respect them at least - time will come it will all backfire at you and these people will choose other providers. Anyways I have provided my suggestions for better service and operational effectiveness over the phone (using my minutes), so you're welcome. I arrived at the airport, running to the check-in counter, slipped and scratched my knee (sure, my fault), almost missed my flight. Do not let this happen to you. Time in Iceland must be fun, positive experience. Do yourself a favour - make sure to book with another provider.

The Golden Circle tour was ok. But not at all satisfied with the Northern Lights tour RE62. I think they hoodwinked everybody. We had booked for Saturday 2/2/2019 and was cancelled most probably due to the Northern Lights Forecast being moderate. We were very happy when it was announced that on Sunday 3/2/2019 that the tour would go ahead. But I had my doubts as the the forecast was still moderate. We did not see the norther lights. I know that nobody can predict. But taking us on a day that the forecast was moderate is unacceptable. It is basically lying to customers

I cannot even begin to say how amazing these guys are. i am currently in contact with Sophie and have been a nightmare customer with regards to changing my bookings etc, she has been fast at responding and nothing but helpful! i cant wait to get there now and begin my tours, if they are anything like the customer service i am in for a treat! thank you!!

Great company, the staff and guides are very helpful, everything on time and well organized and you get to see the most incredible places on iceland with the Golden Circle and snowmobiling tour, which we did. It is a great tour, you have to do whilst in Iceland. We booked it already from home, which was great so we could do it on the first day and didn't have to worry if we get a space on the day we wanted to do the tour. The whole tour day is all planned out and well organized. Our pick up was on time and the tour departed as scheduled. We arrived just in time for an amazing sunrise at the first stop at the lake. The view over the lake and the landscape is incredible. We had enough time at each stop (lake, Geysir and the waterfall) to wander around, explore and take some photos. The tour guide was very nice and told interesting stories about iceland. The highlight of the tour was definitely the snowmobiling, it was so much fun. Everything was super organized, without long waiting times. We got gloves, a headband, an overall and a helmeth. The area where the snowmobiling took place was all white and exactly what i expected from iceland, very beautiful. We had about 20 minutes each on the snowmobile. If you want to do something unique I absolutely recommend this tour.
We also booked the airport transport with Reykjavik Excursion. It is a very convenient way to get to Reykjavik. Buses depart every 20 minutes. Easy to exchange the voucher at the desk at the airport. I thought it was the best way to get into the city. I would buy the ticket with a drop of at the hotel again, as it is very convenient, especially if you arrive late.

We used Reykjavik Excursions for the Golden Circle & Langjökull Snowmobiling day trip. It’s quite an action packed and highly stimulating experience. The Iceland landscape is so spectacular and dramatic. From the moment you are collected from your hotel, to the moment they take you back, you are well looked after. The Guide provided plenty of information and history about Iceland as we made our way around the ‘Golden Circle’. They may also recommend the hot chocolate at the Gullfoss waterfall…. I would also. I’d definitely recommend doing this tour. It’s very difficult to pick a highlight but seeing the sunrise in Þingvellir National Park was particularly memorable. Thank you.

Fantastic trip with these guys last month! Pavel the driver and Eric the tour guide were both brilliant, made the trip very enjoyable!! Highly recommended!

Fine. Nothing to write home about. Convenience wise its good. Central and drops you at hotels if need be.
Service wise I think it just depends on your guide - I had a couple of brilliant ones (golden circle in particular our guide was great). On the flip side the guy doing the northern lights tour seemed like he didn't want to be there.
On more than one occasion we were held up because those with E-Tickets (half the bus!) were told to get off the bus, queue up and get a paper ticket, that the guide then just took and put in a bag, even though he could see it was from their own site. Made no logical sense!
Price - Expensive, but that's Iceland! About the same as other providers out there.
Would probably use again if I returned and wanted a tour. That said, would probably just hire a car for a little more freedom!
