Shopping for carpet. I bring my own measurements, which I have added an additional foot for buffer. The width of the spaces are less than 12 feet, so no seems would be needed. It would be an easy, straightforward installation. The salesman used my measurements, and he bumped my numbers up by an additional foot, to give me a rough estimate, which was based on floors ready to install. No demo or furniture moving by them. Then, their person comes out to measure the space. I talk with them and see where her numbers are. They're less than mine, as she didn't add the additional foot, like I did.
So, now I get a phone call from the salesman and he's telling me his original quote has increased by $300. I questioned how could this be, when the measurement numbers I provided, plus his additional bump, were more than their person had measured. He told me her measurements were not less, but more. I know this is outright misrepresentation, since she and I discussed the final measurements, while she was still at my house, and she saw my numbers I had provided,which didn't include the saleman's bump. The salesman went on to say, this added $300 to my original quote now included 19% WASTE. WTH? Why? The rooms are straightforward and involve no seams. Simply roll it out and trim the excess, which would not equal 19%, by any means.
Now, the only thing we could figure is this... The salesman knows we were going to purchase during the "no tax" day. The labor was already noted in his quote, so someone is trying to pad their profits, either making more from what they pay their contracted installers, or the tax amount they'd have to cover. This is deceptive sales practices and there is no way this is acceptable. So, buyer beware and do your homework.

Daniel Zuniga in the RC Willey Get Connected Department was very friendly and helpful. I was in a hurry and Daniel immediately located the ink cartridge that I needed and he promptly entered my order. It is because of the excellent service of Daniel- and his teammates -that I go to them for all of my printer and accessory needs. Great Customer Service and Teamwork!

Great Quality, Quick Delivery, Great Service

Customer service. When I called to pick up the tv I spoke to a guy I can’t remember his name but he was so amazing and helpful.

As always it was just easy to get what we needed without being inundated with sales people. Able to look at our leisure without pressure yet the sales people were always around to answer any and all questions. I don't have the receipt handy to give an order number but the gentleman in appliances was a great help, and Tony in the furniture area has always helped us out, on multiple occasions, and been wonderful to work with.

A team is only as good as their weakest player.

Great selection of items on the floor and helpful and friendly sales men. I loved the fact that the store had grouped living room pieces to chose from it made it easer for me to fill the spaces in my home with matching colors and shapes.

Always get pretty decent deals here and their customer service is great.

Sales personnel were knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy. They seemed happy to be part of the company which made it feel like a team.

Krista and Alfreda were very helpful throughout the several years I prepared for this major carpeting renovation. They were patient, informative, and of good humor. New carpet is finally in (yes, there was a lot of work involved) and feeling glorious to our shoeless household.

Was supposed to have order delivered today and I called 5 times to make sure they were not sending to my billing address. but now I have a mattress without the bed part.
Service has been not what ir used to be

I would like to give a special recognition to Zachary, appliance expert. In June, my kitchen was being renovated and in need of a range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Zachary expertly guided me through what I felt was going to be a difficult process. His knowledge of all the appliances’ capabilities/functions were truly amazing and put my mind at ease. I love his knowledge so much about the appliances I purchased in June, I contacted him this past weekend for his expertise on washers and dryers. Again, he was amazing and I purchased a washer/dryer set. Zachary, thank you so much for your professionalism and putting up with my multitude of questions.

Next day delivery as ordered was not provided. I had to go across town to pick up my appliance, or wait an additional day. Free gifts are cheap, they ran out.

My experience at RC Willey at Summerlin Las Vegas was great. The sales associate Mr. Lezcano has a good eye for quality pieces. He understood exactly what I was looking for. After the delivery of my purchases I noticed one of the pieces was defective. Mr. Lezcano immediately scheduled an exchange and delivery of the replacement piece. Made me feel confident that the issue would be taken care of. Thanks so much for making my purchase an enjoyable experience;)
