The help in the store was valuable and I really appreciated the call before the chair was delivered.

The worst! Spent over $5,500 on a leather couch, love seat and recliner. The love seat and recliner were on back order. The couch was delivered approximately 3 weeks after our purchase and the love seat and recliner were supposed to be delivered about a week after. A week later, we get a text from our sales person stating the both back ordered items were in stock and will be delivered. The delivery arrives and there is no recliner and the love seat (which is electric) makes a loud noise when reclining. I call RC Willey and they show the love seat was never delivered to their store. Let them know about the loud motor and was told to call back the next day because our ticket wasn’t closed out in their system. Fast forward another week and we get a text saying the replacement love seat is in stock and the recliner too. Delivery is set for 8/7/24. No notification on what time frame it’ll be delivered so I call and wait 11 minutes on hold. No one answers so I hang up and call back and wait another 14 minutes with no answer. 8/7/24 at 6:30am I receive a text stating delivery will be arriving between 9-11am. I leave for the gym at 7:00 and at 7:30 I get another text that the delivery will be early, now 7:30-8:00. I leave the gym, delivery arrives and the arm on the recliner is broken. This is the 3rd time we’ve had to stay home and wait for delivery and now are expected to schedule another. Awful! Will not be buying from them again.

I am given RC Willys and Andrew Rye a five star review. I've had the best customer service from your company and also Andrew always follows up. Make sure everything is right. Takes care of everything from A-to-Z. I appreciate that and will continue doing business with RC Willey, and highly recommend, your company to everyone thank you

The salesman who assisted us was very knowledgeable and not pushy, he did everything according to what we were asking and looking for. When it came time to finalize our purchase, the system went down, Sung Yi, our sales rep took our info and created the sale at the beginning of the week after the system came back up. There was zero inconvenience and we walked away very happy customers.

i would like to thank and commend mike (gen. manager), dustin (furniture sales manager), mike carrasco (our sales rep) and all the staff (of rc willey delta shores) who really helped us in all the challanges that we encountered during the delivery of our furnitures.

dustin is always on top of everything in giving us an update and solution to the issues that we faced. mike (the gm) is a busy guy but he made it a point to give me a concrete solution. mike carrasco is the guy that you can message even he is off duty. i am verygreatful for all what you did.

This is a difficult one to rate because I had a very positive experience with my sales person. Went above and beyond to locate the item I wanted and found it at a great price. But sadly, that’s where all of the good things ended. The delivery process was a complete nightmare. One department didn’t know what the other department was doing, and the delivery department is either a completely overwhelmed or very poorly managed.

Warranty protection is not well described at purchase.
Website purchase was supposed to go to my home. Instead it went to the Sacramento store.
The store is very impressive. So many items, so many choices. Great availability.

I had someone come out to check on two area rugs that I purchased from you a few months ago. The gold is wearing off of them and is almost off of one of them and is halfway off the other one. That was weeks ago. I haven’t heard any follow up at all. I did call one time and was told somebody would call me back. Weeks later still nobody has called me back. Can someone please follow through with the two area rugs that I purchased from you where the color is wearing off of them in a few short months? Thank you very much, Laura Brasesco.

We’re very happy with our purchase of an LG refrigerator and a small chest freezer. We did price comparison shopping and it turned out RCW had the best price. The sale associate was so helpful answering all of our questions thus help us make final purchase decision much easier.

We’ll I had to call that morning spoke with Jenna to find out when dropping off, then had to call back at 3:30 and ask if still coming, I had given Jenna my address in the morning when called back Jenna told me my old address is where they were delivering. So why didn’t she catch this the first time . Go her mgr and she was just plan rude! Called my salesperson person told what happened she was not happy either since 3 months ago we update delivery address . Needless to say have to what another week and to top it off the mgr told me the delivery guys had no phone number know that was a lie.
Worst experience in years.

Text message for RC Willey said my new table delivery was scheduled for May 1 between 9:30 -11:30. I waited and nobody arrived. Called customer service/delivery and after 20 mins a person picked up to inform the table hadn’t arrived at the distribution center and delivery to my home was scheduled for May 4th. Wasted a big chunk of my day and also now conflicting with other plans for May 4. Not happy

Please be aware. This company commits financial abuse. I bought three bookcases. I told the lady who sold them to me, that I was not sure if the bookcases would fit. She told me not to worry because if it did not fit, they would take the furniture right back, and would issue a refund, or I could choose something else. 1. I paid for the cost on 04/01. 2. I asked if I can choose the day to deliver, they said no. I had to wait for a call. 3. I got a call until 04/08 and they scheduled until 04/12 to deliver (10 days after they got my full payment for the items!) 4. They delivered the bookcases on 04/12 and the items did not fit. The delivery crew took a picture and took the furniture back, and told me to contact RC Willey to see my options 5. The lady who sold me the bookcases contacted me the same day and stated that I could get my refund the next day. I could call or go directly to the store or choose a different item. 6. Due to my work I could not go for my refund until 04/16. When I went there, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. They said that there was an error and they were not invoiced, so I had to wait until they get invoiced to get my refund. WHAT !.. We are now at 04/18, and I still have not gotten my refund. In addition, the lady at the cashier kept asking me if I really return the items. She questioned me as if I have done something wrong. Please do not go to this place, they only want your money. I do not know what they do with the money that does not belong to them (like my money), but I want my money now. This company is a FRAUD. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE AUDITED. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card because these people want to steal my money. It is very sad that a company operates in such an unethical way. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. SAFE YOURSELF FROM FRAUD.

Love the sofa bed, customer service was superb (Christina). Delivery was an hour early, obnoxious, rude, uncooperative - Christina made it right!

Easy searching for traeger pellets and surprising they were on sale! Confirmation was quick too!
