Spent 30 minutes waiting for a pickup of a ps5 controller and never got my item. Representative at the counter even said they weren't busy to another employee. Not worth the discount on the controller and would rather pay more than purchase online from them again. Wasted an hour of my day between waiting for nothing and having to call customer service for a refund.

The sales person in the location was very helpful and knowledgeable, he was very happy to help us. The two peoples who deliver the item were very friendly and helpful as well...overall, great customer service for the sales department and the delivery department.

I ordered an office chair on line and it was scheduled for me to pick up two days later. My vehicle was being repaired at a shop near RC Wiley, my store. I went to the store a day early since I was in that area, to see if I may collect my office a day early and I did not have my order number. The RC Wiley representative in will-call was professional, courteous, and very helpful in ensuring I received my order which was a day earlier than scheduled. Given its a busy time of the year for the store, the accommodated in receiving my item.

I always shop at rcwilley. I was handed a coupon for 50 dollars off any purchase of 500 dollars. I purchased 1500 of merchandise but didn’t get the discount because of restrictions. If you’re going to offer 50 dollars off, do it, because you want me to come back, don’t give me restrictions, gezzz

the fact that the product i wanted was in stock and it was so easy to acquire it . Also the fact that i could pick it up in a day was great considering it is the holiday season

Why does your confirmation email state to call a number "1/2 hour before arrival" to pick up your item..so it will be ready. I tried the number and the person on the other line said..that is not right..you have to show up and then we get it ready for you. Seems like a big discrepancy in policy. You should take that off your confirmation emails.

RC Wiley’s response to this suggestion is so dumb, that I dropped the review from 3 to 1 star. Did they even read my review?!?

Completed installation of carpet in all rooms in less than a day.

Great customer service as always. Had some issues with your website when I was trying to order the refrigerator on my laptop. Later used my phone and it worked.

Our carpet experience was flawless, everything happened as planned. Our couch purchase was a little different, communication by our salesman was not stellar. Apparently communication is not a strong point for Jesse.

The carpet we bought was amazing! Great price and quick install. Too quick in fact. We nearly succumbed to the VOCs which we were not warned about. Really poor followup on the sale and install. We couldn't sleep in our bedroom for three weeks. This all could have been avoided. $500 in dental bills. Pain and suffering. Just needed to air out the carpet before install. Shameful.

I had a very positive experience with RC Willey throughout. The overall process was very streamlined and professional ensuring that the entire experience went well and was efficient.
