Poor service org
Great service when you are in the show room but 5 years down the line when the recliner began to break down I found their service org rude (talking over me, hanging up on me, ignoring requests for info). Their service tech said it needed a new motor but then nothing. When I called back they said I would have to open a new ticket, another 99$. I had to go to amazon to buy parts and fix it myself.

Online purchase for local pick-up received a pick-up notice. At pick-up item could not be found and was deemed to be not in stock. How can your systems NOT know what is actually in stock!
I drove to Best Buy, made purchase and was loaded in 15 minutes. $1000 purchase.

Please get better notifications and/or communication. Otherwise good stuff.
Can always find good stuff and sometimes find some crazy good deals. I don’t really like shopping in the store cause it’s hard to get sales people to help me when they are chasing couples with strollers. I’ve bought quite a few items in store and online, but the craziest thing I think is how they have no system in place to notify you when your items arrive and are ready for pickup. Things that other stores have been doing for 20+ years. I get they say it will be ready for pickup on a certain day, but what if it is delayed? What time? We have to call and check instead of a quick email or text reminder. I also wish they stocked more locally. Almost always, you have to wait for something from salt lake. I usually like to check DeMeyer first since they are the opposite. But honestly, they are both good companies and my go to’s for furniture typically. I just give 3 stars because the notification deal is kind of laughable and want them to see how silly that is in 2026.
