Got an rc Cessna plane, everything was good but there was an issue with the motor but I contacted them and in less than a day they responded, I sent them a video, they contacted the brand that made the rc planeand they said they will send me a speed controller to get it working, great support

Great plane which has been loved by 7 yo
Great plane which has been flown with ease by 7 yr old and which also has room for learning how to improve handling. (Didn't survive nose first into the ground at high speed, but glued back together fine.) Also looked as though Dad was enjoying it as well...

Fab customer service. The online chat worked perfectly. I got a no quibbles refund on a mistaken order, and then when I had a query about the product the same online chat covered all my questions.
The product itself is really good, as described, even came with a charged battery so the kids got stuck in as soon as it arrived.
