Frustrating not being sent a new item
Arrived in a damaged box that had already been opened and car cut out of the packaging, manual all screwed up, this was supposed to be a present and I don’t appreciate being sent an item that’s supposed to be new when it’s already been used, shoved back in the packaging and just sent to a new buyer.

A great website with loads of choice of cars. I bought a kids RC car for my son and he's been drifting it in my living room ever since!! He's so happy! Delivery and ordering were quick and easy and everything looked exactly as it did online.
Very happy! Would definitely recommend (and will probably purchase more for his brothers!!)

Quick delivery and great customer service
The cars came quickly, and they were fun to play with. After playing with them twice, we realised that 1 of the 3 wheels wasn't being driven and the cup that joins the axel to the drive shaft was missing. We can't prove it wasn't us crashing the car, but it shouldn't fall out. We contacted customer service, and there was no fuss, they sent the part and it arrived quickly. Thank you Ancuta

I highly recommend RC Geeks cars
I bought the Wind Speed RC car for my son's 8th birthday. I chose this model because it was discounted to £59 and it has excellent reviews. I have to say I am really impressed with this car. It's fast, strong, looks really good and the specs are gret for the price. My son loves it. Highly recommend!

I have received an item that doesn’t work. I emailed them and they asked for a video of the problem and once sent they are now ignoring me. No response and no other way of contacting them. Not happy and would not recommend this company

Good service.
Good service and supplied me with parts that seem to be hard to find anywhere else. Very satisfied with the service and quick dispatch. Not happy using Royal Mail so I paid the extra for courier delivery. Arrived next day as required. Will certainly buy from them again in the future.
