We received our Reclaimed Industrial Chic 6 seater Solid Wood & Steel Dining Table in time for Christmas. We had issues with delivery at our end and the company were very accommodating considering the adverse weather conditions at the time.
The table is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations and exactly what we wanted, we are more than happy. Excellent after care advice too.

The process from start to finish was seamless. The delivery was first class and the quality of the table is first class.
Would highly recommend.

Avoid this company at all costs. 3 months of chasing to be told they had no delivery dates, then offered me one the next day leaving little time to arrange for somebody to be home.

The wrong furniture was then delivered and due to the huge time lapse I requested a refund.

They then dragged their heels to arrange collection telling me they had no drivers in the area to collect and could not give me a date. The second I went public about how bad the service was they arranged to have it collected the next day.

We took the day off work and nobody came to collect the furniture.

They are refusing to refund me until up to 14 days after the furniture is returned but took money from me in September.

They never answer the phone. Wish I’d read the Google reviews prior to purchase!

Also they have now blocked me on all social media making it very hard for me to get a response about receiving a refund!!

We are so pleased with our new dining table and corner bench from RCC. They delivered just in time for Christmas and we are extremely happy with how our table turned out. The reclaimed wood looks amazing and gives the effect we really wanted!

Bought one of the large tables from these guys & was truly worth the wait. Can’t get over the quality of this product! Centre piece of the dining room!!

We’re really pleased with our table. RCC were very helpful with our requirements and ordering was simple. The table was delivered in a reasonable time frame to the one that was suggested. We love our table, bench and chairs and have already received several compliments.

Terrible Customer Service that desperately needs improving. I asked for a called back from one guy on a few occasions but never received one. This leaves you highly frustrated & feels like they do not care about their customers. When I did manage to get a collection date from someone I was talked to very abruptly.
Not a pleasant experience, which is such a shame because the product is fantastic.
1 star customer service but 5 stars for the furniture.

Fantastic service, I emailed to ask for a different size they swiftly responded to say they had updated their website with my dimensions. Our table was delivered ahead of schedule. The table is amazing quality and finishes off our renovations perfectly! Thanks RCC

Top quality furniture, crafted methodically and diligently. Very reasonably priced. Well packaged for delivery. Good communication. We’re more than happy with the end product. Five star service.

Initial communication was great - very friendly, helpful and prompt to respond. Communication later on in the process was frustrating - our order was delayed and this wasn't communicated until a few days before delivery was due. We emailed expressing disappointment at this but didn't receive a response, and the procedure documents provided needed referring to to be fully followed. These things could be improved to make the customer feel more valued, but the quality of our order (large table) itself is brilliant, and smooth delivery and installation as well.

I bought my table and bench 3 years ago, I still receive lovely comments from guests. When it first arrived it didn't have the Dark Oak wax on it and I thought I'd have been had!!, however a phone call to their office and someone came round and gave it a polish the same week and now it looks amazing. It's strong,sturdy and looks like it cost a lot more then what I paid.
There is quite a long wait so just be mindful of that. I think I'll be contacting them soon to purchase a matching coffee table.

Ordered our 6 seater and bench a few weeks ago and it was absolutely worth the wait. We ordered dark oak and it’s a perfect match with our panelling on the feature wall.
Both table and bench are very sturdy and not light as a feather like some tables I’ve been to view.
Bench came with slippers to stop the floor getting scratched when moving in and out.

If i could give this company a lower rating i absolutly would, its been a shambles from start to finish. I paid for a table and 2 benches in June 2022, they were eventually delivered on 7th September. On delivery the table and one of the benchs was very uneven, i was not worried about the top of the table not being even, just the legs were uneven. The bench was rocking, after a number of emails, all dealt with appallingly the table and bench was returned to be 'repaired'. They were returned, now the rocking bench had horrendous welding on the feet. I requested a refund. The bench was finally collected for return today, 9.11.22. I have now emailed on 3 occasions to enquire about the refund, all ignored.
This company dont seem to have any regard for unhappy customers or sending out damaged products. What an absolute shame, i used these due to it being a local company and wanting to support that kind of company, what a lesson i have learned.
I wish there was a facility for leaving photos, i can understand why there isnt!

Communication, flexibility, quality of product all exceeded expectations. Industrial Chic Reclaim Desk 109 is sturdy and well put together with high quality bolts/screws, metal legs and plank top. So thrilled with purchase have put in an order for another desk! hmmmm might even have to update my dining table.

We placed an order in late July for a bespoke made extendable dining table (2.4m) and was advised of an 8-10 week lead time which took us to early October latest.

Despite multiple calls (as over email they were particularly unhelpful with generic responses), most of which went unanswered we struggled to get any update on delivery once the 10 weeks both approached and passed. We were messed around with delivery promising next week, then the week after etc and only after a one star review on trustpilot did we get a response.

At this point, we had called at least twice a week for 4 weeks and always told someone would get back to us - they never did. When we posted on trustpilot stating our frustration at still not receiving our table and at being unable to get an update, we finally had an email response from customer service stating:

'While I appreciate you maybe frustrated, we do have this in order and it will be with you shortly. What we don't appreciate is 1x reviews on trustpilot when you haven't even received the goods. It would be kind if the review could be removed so it has no interruption with your delivery'.

Being told to remove a review so as not to interrupt delivery is outrageous, and upon calling multiple times again to speak with them, after finally managing to get hold of someone, they were quite argumentative and frankly rude. We stated we would change the review upon delivery but we were at a loss of what to do due to the awful communication from RCC.

However, upon delivery at the very end of October (28th), the table is fantastic. We are absolutely thrilled with the quality and look and do believe it was fantastic value. We did have to apply 2 coats of oil to make it "pop" but that wasnt expensive and the table looks amazing.

The real shame here is how we were treated by RCC. Essentially ignored until a Trustpilot review and then threatened with no/delayed delivery as a result of the review when we were at our wits end. This is totally unacceptable and so easily rectifiable by RCC. My advice would be if you buy from them, in the long run it should be worth it, but there will be alot of pain along the way so do not order something if you need it within a certain timeframe.

Overall, we had to wait 13 weeks and that was after an incredible effort on our behalf to get in touch and find out what was going on. I don't mind waiting, but don't commit to 8-10 weeks when you clearly cant adhere to it.
