I bought a few items from rcawd in the last 9 months or so. I bought a couple 1/10 diffs. One broke soon after i installed them. I bought shocks for a traxxas rustler. One broke soon after i installed them. I bought a servo saver for a typhon grom and waited forever. You finally shipped. Am i inclined to purchase again? Idk. Are there other companies out there? Yes. More everyday.

Ich orderte ein Alu Upgrade Kit für den Hyper Go 14003. Für den Versand aus den USA ging es Recht schnell. Leider wurde das falsche Kit geschickt oder ich habe das falsche gewählt. Jedoch war dem Support das egal, ohne Aufpreis schickten sie mir das gewünschte Kit und dürfte das zuerst bestellte behalten. Nice

Paid for product never received it. Still fighting for refund. Not impressed.

No support, no product.

Ordered 2 servos on the 6th Dec with next day shipping and 3 day delivery. Dispatched on the 10th. Contacted on the 18th Dec and i have still had no reply (today is 27th Dec).

Avoid at all costs.

Ordered it on Dec 5th and still sitting with their "shipping partner Shipping Partner: BFE CORPORATION LIMITED" I get that this time of year causes delays...but this is the only one where it has just been sitting for 5 days

Don't know about the product, but probably wont order again if shipping is like this.

Quality product, good value

The whole experiance has been terriable. Its very hard to track my package. I dont even know where when or if its in transit at all at this time.

Product was great but the processing and shipping time was a few days longer than it should have been. Would still buy from here again.

Order not sent on time

Angebot und Versanddauer top. Ich hatte mich aber schon gefragt ob es reibungslos funktioniert, wenn ich mal ein Reklamation habe. Und siehe da, bei der nächsten Bestellung hatte ich eine Reklamation und der RCAWD hat mit dieser Reklamation Werbung für sich gemacht. Es wurde der falsche Artikel geliefert. Meine Mail an den Support wurde innerhalb 3 Stunden beantwortet und es wurde ohne weiteres nachfragen angeboten, den richtigen Artikel erneut zu senden. Den falschen Artikel durfte ich sogar kostenlos behalten. Perfekte Reklamationsbehandlung. Besser kann man das nicht machen. Danke. Hier kaufe ich immer wieder gerne ein 😃
