Server goes down so often in one hour

I orderd a free adition to the Radio Directory for my Radio Tango Nuevo. The radio was added within days, if not hours, and all is working. Therefore I am satisfied.

I need it to do one thing - stream an incoming source - and it has consistently, for years worked well. On the rare occasion when I've needed support, it's been quick and responsive.

Rcast players have great sound and I appreciate that and thank you so much

I have 4 radio stations and I had to open 2 accounts to manage them, The URL link of the radio players changes very often and therefore I need to change them on the web pages and on the radio platforms.

My services were suspended for leaving a negative review with Trustpilot. I reached out to RCAST.net and had no luck. I got harassing emails to leave a review, so I did, and it resulted in suspension of service. As of today, I was harassed with yet ANOTHER invoice for suspended services! When asked about protocol and why I was suspended the agent replied by telling me:

"Certainly, we do value feedback. However, we cannot continue working with clients who are dissatisfied with our services. While constructive feedback is always welcome, we cannot tolerate undermining remarks."

She concluded by saying.

"There was no issue for us to address; you simply needed to reach out to us first and communicate your concerns. Nevertheless, the damage to our reputation has already been inflicted."

so, the best thing to do...Cancel the services? consumers beware that if this has happened to me, I am sure it has happened to others as well!

In conclusion, if you want to keep services with this company until you find another, and if the services are not that great, lie and give them a good review because obviously that is all that really matters to this company.

I emailed to RCAST in the evening to report a problem with the PLAYLISTHISTORY2 app. No song history was being displayed. The next morning I saw that the problem had been fixed. Thanks for the quick response!
