We never received any contact or ticket from your account also we have chat support and no open discussion there.
Give RCAST a try today and experience professionalism even for a beginner.....
For me it is the bottom bar player! First of all and now that I have cleared that, what's next is the built in art work fetcher. I mean as the song plays, it would display art work about the song and artist in the RCAST player! I have used other services and when songs play, sometimes you are not sure who the artist is but with Rcast you will not experience such things. RCAST is quick and easy to setup and the price is reasonable. Honestly though I really love the many variations and choices of HTML 5 Players which works really well when placed on any website.

A Professional Top Notch Quality Service
We have been using your service for a number of years and our DJs are very happy that you have been able to keep us on air all this time without any problems. Your system is easy to work with and your customer support has been perfect. I think if we had a auto pay it would be even nicer. However, we plan to continue to use your service forever. Thank you, Lance Zeaman

Sorry to hear this, but as we can see you didn't signup for any service with us, if you were using our free widgets, there are some limitations. Thank you for your feedback which is not from one of our clients.
