I got a text message to let me know when the Engineer was en route which was helpful. The Engineer who attended was polite and tidy, he just got on with the job, he kept me informed with what he was doing and answered any questions I had, I would definitely recommend RCA to anyone.
Additionally the initial booking service was simple to organise, as was the procedure for payment.

great service of boiler. this is the company that installed the boiler three years ago. They keep in touch every year for the service of the boiler. Turn up on time and the date agreed. Had a very annoying drip on my shower, I contacted RCA and was given an appointment within a couple of days. Jimmy and Craig arrived bang on time, and sorted it very quickly, without me needing to have to replace the whole shower.
RCA have been my go to plumber and gas engineer since they replaced my boiler several years ago, they always arrive on time, are pleasant and reliable, tidy and efficient. Always with good humour and a wee bit of banter. I would highly recommend them, whether you need a new central heating system or a leaky tap fixed, these are the guys you need.

James was great when he came into look at and complete a job capping our gas oven. On time professional and explained what he was doing and how long he’d take roughly. I would not hesitate to use again in the future.

From the minute the companies young man…
From the minute the companies young man entered our house ( James) he could not have been more courteous, efficient and polite.Carried out his work to the service we have come to expect from this company and , James continues to deliver the same on their behalf ( a credit to him and them). Boiler repair
I contacted RCA when our boiler stopped working.
An engineer came to the house very promptly. He identified the problem, explained what had gone wrong and was able to fix it and get our boiler working again.
The service was excellent.
I would strongly recommend this business to others.

Used RCA many times always a first rate service, punctual, always clean up behind themselves. We had James attend this time, replaced our water inlet valve, checked a couple of valves to ensure we were able to use before fitting the most suitable one. Fixed a dripping tap and running toilet. Can highly recommend RCA.
