I lost my credit card few days back, was worried alot, but thanks to rbl bank customer service team, was able to block my card immediately and also they helped me get new one within days.

Very poor experience with RBL Bank’s credit card department.
I have been trying to close my credit card for a long time, but despite multiple calls to customer care and even visiting the bank branch personally, the issue remains unresolved. There is a complete lack of coordination, ownership, and accountability within the team.
The process is extremely frustrating and inefficient, causing unnecessary stress and a huge waste of time. This is not the level of service one expects from a reputed bank like RBL. Overall customer support has been disappointing and unreliable.
The only positive part of this experience was Mansi, who was supportive and tried to help. Unfortunately, her efforts were not enough to resolve the issue due to poor internal processes.

FRAUD BANK- Very disappointing…
FRAUD BANK- Very disappointing experience with this bank. They have charged an extremely high membership fee on my credit card and One time late fine is 1500 rs for 2-3 days I requesting a waiver, but there was no proper support or resolution. The team keeps giving generic responses without actually addressing the issue.
A bank should value its customers and handle such matters professionally, but unfortunately, that has not been the case here. Really unhappy with the service

No Payment pending from my side but still they harass me
No Payment pending from my side till date. But they charged overdue amount against my Card. I already told over phone and by mail that this expenses not made by me so, I will not pay this chargeable amount. But they didn't care in my complaint and charged interest every month. They harass me since Last one and half years. Every time myself received their call and told same incident and give the same answer. But they didn't care of my complaint. Now they Transfer this case to physical verification team.
So, aware all before using RBL Bank Credit Card and using their services.

My name is Suman Tiwari. I ordered a oppo mobile on 23sep25 but same date with in minutes I canceled this order.all amount refund on their statement but they are taking to me emi 4000+ for 3 months. I called and mail so many time but they want only money not helping to me always told me to contact (flipkart merchandiser) i already contacted to them(flipkart) but they are also same both are not helping but want money it is harassment for me they both want 12000+ amount which product i didn't purchased, didn't received and they(flipkart +rbl card) take already refund. Don't trust anyone to these companies both are fraud.

One of the most horrible experience with credit cards collections, they call you ever 5 to 10 mins..desperate, i don't recommend this bank or its products to anyone..very unprofessional staff of collection, they torture u so much

When the company gave me the credit card, they clearly promised it was “lifetime free” — no annual fees, no hidden charges.
But the moment the first year ended, they added a membership fee without informing me.
When I contacted customer care, the experience became even more frustrating.
They actually said: “Maybe someone told you it’s free, but we don’t know who said that.”
They refused to take responsibility and even refused to refund the amount.
On top of that, when I first got the call for the credit card, they clearly said the card would be delivered to my home and I would not have to pay anything.
But when the card arrived, they charged me ₹1,999 for some unknown insurance that I never asked for and was never informed about.
Major issues with this company:
Fake promises at the time of issuing the card.
Hidden charges added without any communication.
Forced insurance charges (₹1,999) that I never agreed to.
Zero accountability — customer care admits they don’t even know who gives wrong information.
Rude and unhelpful customer service, refusing to refund.
Misleading sales tactics and no transparency at all.
Overall extremely disappointing and unprofessional service.
Honestly, this has been one of the worst credit card experiences of my life, and I would not recommend this card to anyone.
