Very poor customer service, very suss
Very poor customer service, I have been contacting live chat for days and the same old excuse re me wanting to withdraw MY money, I have passed it onto accounts team and they will be in touch, have asked for a contact phone number, and nothing, they offer inducements to join and because you only use them they ban you from them, they want punters that can’t help themselves and chase losses etc
They have almost $900 of my money and I will never give up
Next I will go to the gaming ombudsman if it’s not resolved, anyone else having dramas feel free to contact me

We do three withdrawals a day including the weekend. Unfortunately your withdrawal was rejected for reasons out of our control.
We never ignored your email and tried to deal with the isolated incident best we could, even though you were very frustrated on chat and let your feelings known to our staff. Your withdrawal has been processed and was dealt with as promptly as possible.
