Same experience as others
Same experience as others. Ordered through Shop site the lawnmower and on expected delivery date a small envelope with weight of 0.02 lb was delivered with only a card explaining shipping was delayed. The amount was already taken from my account the day the order was placed. Have tried unsuccessfully to reach company by email as instructed on the Shop website (wecare.com) and no reply. The small delivery envelope (about the size of your hand) clearly did not contain a lawnmower. I've disputed with bank and reported to Shop website as fraudulent seller.

This is deffinatly fraudulent !!?
You order and pay and you get a card posted stating your order is delayed !
If the card has arrived it then shows on shop app as delivered and you have had nothing !! But your money taken , can’t understand why a large company like Trust pilot would allow fraudsters on there platform ( disgusted)

No stars in actual fact
No stars in actual fact, ordered some electric shears, got a weird postcard in an envelope saying my order had been delayed due to an incredible surge in demand, still no shears this is very obviously a scam company that stalls you so that you can’t get your money back when they disappear, there are so many people doing this now, what happened to peoples moral codes these days?
