There are several things they do well. The item you receive is exactly the item you ordered. The silver seems to be authentic. Orders arrive promptly. (This was not my first order.) Their site is reasonably well organized. There are no surprises.

Wide range of earrings to choose from. They were quirky, fun and colourful. Great post Christmas discounts. Clearly communicated. Easy to order online.

Terrible. Terrible. TERRIBLE! I can’t believe I fell for their promotions. I received my purchases today and I thought, this has to be a joke. ALL the pieces were not what they looked like on their site. They are costume jewelry. Unbelievably cheap. They felt like plastic. Don’t waste- blow your money. Please don’t get taken.

Most of the items received look nothing like the product photos. Listed as natural stone and they are cheap and tacky overpriced Temu products. I bought as gifts and they came in plastic bags with stickers on them and not presentable for gifting

The leaf earrings with a green stone are very small, the picture was misleading. They're pretty. The moonstone ring is also a very small stone, not like the picture at all, and it's not a moonstone. The blue and silver dangle earrings are beautiful.

I ordered an absolutely gorgeous two tone flower ring. What I got was a cheap, ugly, flat gold not even close to the picture product. When I contacted them about it, they offered me a whole dollar as a refund.

Waste of time. The photos on the website look nothing like what showed up. Sent an email. They offered 1 euro back. What a waste of time and money. Complained again. Gave no real reason why product was so shit, and why the pictures on the internet are fake.

I found your site very easy to navigate and such an outstanding selection of beautiful things I had a hard time deciding on my first purchase!

A good choice of jewellery at very reasonable prices.

I was very pleased with the selection of items available and the pricing. I'm excited to receive the items and hope they are just as pictured and described. If so, I will be back to purchase in the future. It was very easy to select items for purchase and to adjust my cart as desired. The checkout process went smoothly with no issues.

I ordered earrings and they are in 3-D and adorable on your website, and you do state that they are in 2-d not 3-D which is misleading, why show them in 3-D if they are not? When I got them they look like shrink a dink toy earrings, they have a clear edge a few millimeters wide all around them and they look cheap. And they are not clear, I ordered the christmas tree bird earrings and you can't even tell they are birds they are so blurry.

Easy and quick order process.

I bought sheep earrings which looked 3D on their website. Earrings arrived and they are flat plastic with the design on both sides. Certainly NOT 3D. Very disappointed and cost a lot!

I found something I liked. I searched for other interesting. Pieces made my purchase. Got my confirmation of my order.
