I selected my agent after reading all…
Not a balanced view.
I selected my agent after reading all the positive reviews on this site. Unfortunately my experience was so bad I ended up swapping to another real estate agent after 3 months.
I returned to the site to leave a review and learned you can ONLY leave a review if the agent has SOLD your property.
This means anyone who has a very negative experience is prevented from leaving a review. I see this as extremely misleading. If the reviews where balanced representing negative as well as positive reviews I may not have gone with the agent and saved thousands of $$$.
DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE, YOU ONLY GET HALF THE PICTURE.
I reported this issue to the Department of Fair Trading.
