Non-Existent Customer Service
I have referred some people and done various of tasks on this website. When it came down to getting one of my referrals to their cashout point I never got my reward and when I tried to cashout my gift card got cancelled and I didn't receive anything from the tasks that I did. I tried to contact customer service and they aren't answering to my emails or anything like that and I have been just sitting here waiting for an answer to why my gift card was cancelled and why I didn't get my referral reward.

I Wish I could Give Zero Star
After working Hard for 2 days i made 4500 Points and redeemed my points and guess what happened then , Nothing came in my mail. They literally scammed my 2$ and my point has been deducted too. I even mailed them at their Customer Service help @rate4rewards.com and they gave a auto reply something like this
"Your request (1840) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.
To add additional comments, reply to this email"
But it's been 4 days and i still didn't receive any return mail from them to me. I would suggest no one to use this website. It's fake and scam !

All of the reviews are fake or negatively marketing. They give you 4500 points. When you do like 1 thousands, they say they are paused for updating/betterment/come back tomorrow etc. etc. They gets reviews of 1 thousand points for free. Not only me. Some of I know had same experience.

Still I have some suggestions.
1. Offer more Payout options. Such as PayPal or Cryptos.
2. I think $2 Gift card is very low for using it to purchase something. You should make the options to make cashouts manually. So that user can decide when they want to cashout. Or you can increase the Redeem Points to 9000 or 10000 for $4/$5 Gift Card.
