The experience you describe reflects an early stage of Rask's development, particularly around large video processing and lip-sync.
Since then, we have rebuilt significant parts of the platform. Today, Rask supports videos of any length and remains one of the few solutions that does not increase pricing based on video duration. Lip-sync has also become a core area of investment and innovation for our team.
The experience described in this review would not meet our expectations today.

A trial exists to help customers evaluate whether a product is right for them before making a purchase;) Clear expectations around that experience are important, and your review suggests we did not communicate them clearly enough at the time.
Today, teams with large content libraries, long-form videos, or demanding quality requirements can also request an extended evaluation period to validate real-world workflows and accuracy before making a larger commitment.

Audio transcriptions didn't work for the videos I uploaded. No reason why they shouldn't work (video was good quality). Support to solve the issue was slow and inconclusive. Didn't get the resolved. Wasted my money.

Useless
Useless. I am very disappointed to have wasted my momey on that. I got it to try their lip syncing feature and its worthless. I asked for a refund, but they said I used more than 25% of the minutes given even thought some of them were before I upgraded from the free version. 60$ for a major disappointment. 😔

Today, lip-sync is one of the core capabilities of the Rask platform and one of the areas where we have made the largest product investments. The experience described in this review would not reflect the quality we aim to deliver today.
Really impressive
Really impressive, I use it to translate my videos into different languages and it works really well, but you'll have to learn how to use it properly, and sometimes the voice is out of sync with the video, so it's up to you to adjust this when editing, so apart from being a bit complex, the tool works really well! (opinion in a professional context)

Fortunately, both the product and the trial experience have evolved significantly since this review was written. Today, customers can evaluate quality and workflow before making a larger commitment.
Better than other solutions
It was more than I expected, the translation and dubbing to English works pretty good, I translated my Educational video from Spanish
Voiceover and accent suit for that great, the translation was not excellent, but ok and it is better than I ever saw before
