Bed arrived on the day it was supposed to... But time for arrival was changed through the day went from. 9-11am to just before 3pm.

Slight damage on one half of the bed from transportation (looks like a headboard/different bed base fell into it) and despite pictures and instructions on the page showing a bed with draws it came with none. So make sure to check that.

Mattress is soft but supportive.
Bed frame is good for what it's meant to be, headboard looks much bigger in pictures but, is adequate for use.

All in all; Great product.
Delivery is down to traffic and distance, but did contact me to keep me updated

Delivered on time the delivery driver was very helpful
And the bed is very good quality and very comfortable

Because I can't give less than a star.
Who sends a bed out WITH OUT THE MATTRESS!!! I kid you not. Apparently it was damaged however they don't deliver just a mattress so the base and headboard are delivered and now need collecting on Monday but Amazon says Tuesday.
No contact to say delivery is on its way or that there won't be a mattress.
I have ordered beds before no issue but not any more

They kept me in touch as to updated progress on delivery right up to 10 minute warning. Bed very comfortable as well!

The bed is the wrong colour, when I told the delivery drivers they refused to take it away and told me I would have to return it myself but gave me no return address and it would cost me a fortune to do that! The bed itself seemed fine until I built it and realized the so called "gas springs" are just solid poles! They don't even work!!!! I have built the bed anyway because as I said it would cost more to return than the price of the bed itself but I will never ever use this incompetent company again!!!!

The quality of the bed is poor, it’s not sturdy and the mattress is falling apart even though we have only had it for a few days. I’m not impressed and this bed will have to go straight out.

This mattress is amazing i have a crumbling hio. An extreme angulation in my spine and 4 bulged discs in my back and I've never slept better im not in half as much pain anymore. I didnt wake up when my husband got into bed after his gym session. This is the first mattress I can say I absolutely love definitely recommend to everyone I know with hip and back problems.

Hi I order super king bed size with 2 drower in right and left side foot end ,the quality was perfect but the issue is the 2 bed base i received was only one side that mean i got 2 bed base same sides ( left sides ) , you should send to me 2 bed base different sides that will be 2 drower in foot end left and right ,but i received only 2 drower in same side in left

Order was needed quickly and was delivered quickly and early in the day which was excellent. Driver was helpful and efficient. Assembly was reasonably easy for one person with some disability although one small issue with the location of the bolt holes which wasn't too difficult to deal with after a quick check online for instructions. Bed is very comfortable and stable. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed especially for the price. Very good all round. One little negative that maybe when stapling taking a little care with packaging but I understand it's done to protect the corners.

Delivery driver very rude dragging every part of the bed mattress and headboard. I told the driver that it was the wrong shade of pink but he wasn't interested. When the bed was unwrapped there was a decent sized hole in the base, also foot board sticks out too much. I saw that you were a small business and I thought it would be good to help, so according to the description I decided to buy what I thought would be lovely but I'm afraid not the mattress is also cheap and slides off the base. I'm really sorry but I'm upset with all the stress I'm disabled and should not be having any stress, so I wondered what you were going to do about it please

This was the second bed I have bought from you the value for money is superb. Delivery was very fast and driver very helpful. It is easily put together although it does need two people. Would definitely buy from you again
