Intelligent workouts and genuine, no nonsense presentations that are easy to follow and well timed.

The thing I like the most about this program is that the training sessions are short (less than 20 minutes per day). In the past, I struggled to stick in workout programs due to the large amount of required hours per week.
And don't be confused: short amount of time doesn't mean a poor quality training. It's all the opposite!
Fabian's energy is contagious. Thanks you for creating such an amazing program that really works.

You will never look like the guy selling the product by doing this workout. Just know that before you buy it.

Fabian is very inspirational in all the workouts. The workouts are easy to follow and after trying many other workouts I am finally seeing some results which I am very proud of and excited about.

I submitted a request for a refund because I hurt my knee and the refund was sent to me as promised. Program seems good wishes I had not injured my knee.

I’ve bought a ton of home workout programs in the past so I was understandably skeptical when I signed up for Basement Beast -> what got me in was Fabian’s own personal transformation journey.
But I’ve been blown away by the quality of the workouts and the results I’m getting - even after 4 months in the program this continues to kick my butt!
I’m loving every moment and especially the pump I’m getting after every workout - I’ve cancelled my gym subscription and focusing on Fabian’s programs for the next 6 months to a year. I actually look forward to pressing play every single time!

First of all, this is the first workout program that I saw through and I'm about to complete my second program here. That should tell you enough. I can't say you exactly why that is. It may be Fabian's super enthusiastic vibe, it may be the great variety of exercises, it may be the shortness of the workouts, and/or the great results that I'm getting and the great, invigorating pump after completing a workout. It's probably a combination of all of that. Somehow, I'm able to stick with it and to complete the workouts despite the fact that they are super intense and will bring you to your knees. Go for it, you won't regret it!

This is a great program. I was looking for something new and app based. The 12-weeks transformation program got it. I enjoy the trainings and the methodology. 12-weeks in an happy. Keep improving the platform and offer such a great program. 100% recommended.

The workouts are just really helping to get discipline and a healthy shape, still have to figure out how to get to the next level, but Basement Beast gets me motivated.

I like the availability to simply log in and get to the workouts.

I did not like the unexpected charge for a meal plan I didn’t agree to. The team refunded the charge soon after I disputed it.

Love this programme so much. Probably the only fitness programme I have stuck to. I am an ectomorfos and takes a while to see results. Since starting this programme my wife noticed the changes before me. Always a good motivator. I love Fabian’s style and approach to making fitness easy and accessible and fun. I would highly recommend any of Basement Beasts programme. Keep up the amazing work Fabian and team.

I have spent many years doing weight training and achieved moderate results but switching to resistance bands has given a knew lease of life to my body by giving the muscles time under tension in a better way. The course using Fabians wonderful training videos has has challenged my body in new ways by working muscles I haven't trained properly before. My body is really responding and I feel very motivated to continue my goal as a 55 year old and get my macros right to reduce the unwanted love handles and lose some belly fat to bring out the abs.

I have shoulder injury and I stopped exercising for year because of the pain. I tried one week from the basemebt beast program and it was amazing. I finish the week without feeling any pain. I also noticed improvement in my body in the first week.

I signed up for the 45-day beast transformation program and I have loved all of the workouts, they have been challenging and very insightful. The meal plan was an added bonus, but unfortunately, I don't like salad so that makes many of the meals useless to me.

Loved the bands!!! The only thing I'll say is I was at least expecting like videos or something of what exercises to do for what muscle group, so I had to do alot of that research on my own but loved the bands
