Basement Beast is exactly what I needed, coming off of some injuries I was concerned with going back to free weights right away. The band workouts were perfect for rebuilding my strength and therefore my confidence get back to the free weights. I’ve completed four of the programs thus far, currently hitting the dumbbell program and continuously revisit the abs program. This program is a game changer!

I have tried many programs, but always gave up. This is the first program that fits my lifestyle.

Basement Beast changed my life. I have never been this fit before. I am 43 and I am stronger and feel better than when I was 18 thanks to Fabian Petrina and the Basement Beast team. I also am leaner than I have ever been. I am so grateful to have found this program! It is the best!

Basement Beast provides great variety, workouts, and easy to follow along videos all while giving access to a community that speak on their experiences so one doesn't feel alone or like they're the only person to struggle with certain exercises. Fabian is great explaining everything and the programs eliminate the need to bother with a commercial gym while giving better results with less wear and tear on the body.

This product is absolutely phenomenal and worth every yearly membership I pay.

Since my 14-year-old son is overweight, we have tried different things so far, but without any success. With this program, and I have to emphasize that we didn't even follow the menu, he lost 5 kg in 8 weeks and he still can't believe how he looks now. All this gives him the motivation to continue even after the end of the 12 weeks of this program.

I am doing the 12 week transformation program. In 7th week and have already lost 11.5lb. Just cannot control my urge to get into other programs like Xtreme Shred, Mass, Beast Nation etc. One of the finest investment of my life. One of the best weight loss/muscle gain workout program.

So far, I've been loving this program. The 12 Week Program is kicking my butt, in all the best ways. The resistance band training feels a lot safer than most other programs. I highly recommend it! If you don't wanna go to the gym, don't wanna have to spend a crap ton on weights/machines, blah blah blah, get this program. So nice and easy to do from home. This program is a cheat code!

Been looking for a workout program involving resistance band training that I can do from home and when out of town. Basement Beast is an epic program with plenty of variety. New workouts are constantly being added. I've lost 20 lbs and leaned out since starting basement beasts 5 months ago, by doing these workouts for 40 minutes per day. Epic workout platform that flat out works! 100% Recommend!

I'm a guy who suffers from Degenerative Joint Disease! Even though the workout routine are extremely intense the Resistant Band give me a great way to stay active without further injuring my joints. Also, I love the "Bro-Split" way of training with the RB's. I'm seeing AWESOME result in a short period of time.

Solid, sustainable program. I've had several personal trainers and done multiple programs over the last couple of decades and Fabian and his team have really nailed it.

Two years of using the program on and off to keep my weight in check. I’ll let myself get to about 220 and then use the program to drop to around 180. Then I get lazy/comfortable and stop working out til I get fat again. Needless to say I both love and rely on this program. Being able to lose weight in 20 minutes a day is super convenient when you have 4 kids to tend to. Highly recommend!

Basement Beast is a really good guided workout program for building muscle and losing body fat. I'm halfway through the program and I have lost 10 pounds and my muscles have become more defined. At first I was skeptical about how effective resistance bands would be for building muscle as I have been lifting weights for years now. Once I started the program I quickly realized that resistance bands challenge the muscles in a different way than free weights are capable of and are very effective in their own rite. I look forward to the workouts each morning and the beautiful scenery Fabian films them in. I highly recommend this program.

I've been a Basement Beast for about two years now, and it's been such a blessing to me. Having a fun, supportive, silly fitness coach is super motivating to me. The community is also amazing.

But most importantly, IT WORKS. Being able to get in shape & build muscle in 30 minutes a day without equipment is something I didn't think was possible. Basement Beast definitely changed my life for the better!
