Appalling. Have been charged for multiple months on end when haven't used their service nor had a subscription. Contacted the support and billing team multiple times and not heard back. It is not possible to delete the payment details nor the account.
I can no longer response messages from the help team on payment and other issues. The support team, which used to be successful in solving problems, is no longer even responding. We are having difficulty in getting the money accumulated inside.
I am very disappointed with the customer support service. I asked a question about my subscription status two days ago and I have not received any reply. It seems like nobody works in customer support at this company. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Stopped working for no reason. I used a small fraction of the allowed monthly quota of API calls, less than 1%, but I was prevented from using it further on the grounds that I had reached my monthly quota. Customer support don't reply, no matter how many times you create support tickets. All you get is the automated auto-respond email. Very poor customer service. Very poorly designed APIs.

My students were using RapidAPI in their mobile app to get hotel information - worked really well until the day of the competition, when it didn't work at all - like they had turned it off. They don't offer any feedback or help. Very disappointed. Very terrible - be very careful using these.
Everything is made incredibly difficult. Docs are almost always wrong, and if they aren't very hard to understand. They have several different site navs, and for some reason, the main thing people go there for is buried deep in one of those. Don't end up on the wrong page though, you won't be able to find any of the APIs you are subscribed to. Do yourself a favour, just go straight to the provider.
Custome service is very fast and helpful! I asked for deleting my account by mail because I wanted to start from scratch and they answered 7 minutes later! RapidAPI is also very useful to me! I can find the APIs I search in one place! 5 STARS FROM ME!!
Signed up for an API. Within 5 hours had a suspicious phone call with the same CC number, my details and being from a bank
Had to get a new bank card yesterday. Because they kept charging me for an api, that I no longer use and unsubscribed to 6 months ago. Support wont respond. I'm giving one star, cause i have to resetup my auto payments on my card and time wasted...
Cannot unlink credit card. You enter your details then it's impossible to remove which is a financial vulnerability.
Their support (pretty good tbh) says they've changed the process and my problem won't happen again.
They put together a lot of useful APIs that I was able to use in many of the websites that I manage. Their support was really good and they have very good response time.
Five stars no comment, the one and only next-gen. API I recommend.
