It worked normally for a few days after purchase. Unfortunately, after some time the items stopped refreshing, or they refresh once every 2 weeks. Emails with notifications about positions are badly displayed (if they come because this is also rare). I reported this problem to support a dozen times, they said they fixed it and the problem still exists. I cannot recommend this software.

After exchanging several emails with support, the problem was fixed for 2-3 days and still returned. I wrote back to the last message to support but there was no more response from their side.

EDIT: I have been using my email address for more than 10 years, I use sendgrid myself and there have never been any problems with delivery of emails to my mail server. How was I supposed to prove that I am not getting emails? By showing a screen shot that there are no such messages? You could see in my account that the rankings do not refresh and thus the system does not send emails because there is probably nothing to send. In addition, another mistake was the fact that when some e-mails with reports arrived, they were empty, and I also reported this to you, which was completely ignored. I still maintain my negative opinion of your product.

I can say that it is the best SEO tool I have used so far. It can be connected to analytic and search console. It has a very high percentage of success in Google rankings. I do not see any negative feature that would decrease the score, but the number of keywords is not enough. It is insufficient. The feature I would like to have is that it automatically takes new search words from the search console. It would also remove words that fall below the ranking I specify.
