What a rip off Randox say take a self administered lateral flow to fly to Europe
Nooooo !!! Europe and maybe other continents do not accept self administered tests. You will be required to take a new monitored test at your arrival airport and a 300 euro fine. Randox you should know this. Far queue.....

Cannot recommend Randox enough! We booked the PCR test for our day 2 return as soon as we heard the news. We decided to collect them from Warrington which was our closest place. We then took them to the airport to do when we landed. Dropped them off on the way home at the Dropbox in Warrington at around 8pm on Monday. They are open till 10pm. By 2am we was told it was with the lab and by 11am on the Tuesday the next day we both had our results back, meaning we didn’t have to isolate. After reading mixed reviews we wanted to leave one as it has been an amazing service for us. For £35 each it has made going abroad much easier and would use Randox if needed next time when we go away.

Advertising pickup locations on their website for a discounted price. When you complete the order process there are none available to collect In your area so they FORCE you to pay £25 extra to have a couple of small boxes delivered. Spent 40mins on the phone waiting then basically told 'tough luck'!! Steer well clear!!

I called this evening to find out why I hadn't received an email to say my sample had been received. The lady I spoke to, Tracy Turner, could not have been more pleasant or helpful!

Totally awful overpriced PCR company with zero customer phone support just endless ongoing blar blar messages to force you to navigate their websites. Exploiting travellers misery with overpriced tests. Avoid at all costs these reviews speak for themselves

I have a PCR test to return to randox, but cannot leave the house. Return is not prepaid and cannot use Royal mai post box. Nearest drop box is miles away and can't drive my car. Tried to call randox but lines are busy always - never again randox

Collected my PCR test via click and collect at a very good price. Test sent off one day and result received first thing the next day. Excellent service. Have used this firm before and had quick results. (but only for PCR tests)

Take money from existing LFT passengers abroad for alleged Day 2 PCR upgrade KNOWING they can’t fulfil government timelines. Is this right?
£23.99 for what ? A test that never arrives let alone day 2 because why? TNT inform me that there’s no address label. Just a tracking bar code It’s serious because Omicron numbers are going up. These muppets play with the tests that keep uk safe.
Randox need to disassociate themselves from CovidDirectTesting ! Asap. They’re a liability to public health and Randox reputation. Which ironically did a 22 hr turn around test for me.

Not cheap and I have no idea where drop off boxes to return samples are - they're certainly nowhere near where I live .
I agree with a previous reviewer- their system is designed to deter people returning samples .
A company undeservedly given lucrative government contracts through cronyism.

Not sure why there are a few different 'Randox' companies in Trust Pilot, but as this was the first one I came across AFTER ordering our pre departure PCR tests, I wanted to come back on here and leave a positive review to give hope in others who panicked after doing the same!

I ordered a pre-departure PCR for travel to the US and it arrived in a few days. We did our tests yesterday at 1pm, dropped off at a Randox drop box, received an email that they had received the sample at the lab that evening and then got our results back at 10am the next morning. Super quick and easy process that took less than 24hrs.

The instructions were really clear on how to do the test, and communication throughout was good. Didn't need to worry at all.

Just make sure you follow the instructions, enter your details correctly and before you order make sure there is a Randox drop off point near you.

Tried to contact them numerous times to discuss testing at East Midlands Airport.

Although they have read all the e-mails they refuse to reply.

What would they be like if you had an important testing issue.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY.

I contacted Randox regarding a refund for their day 2 Covid Antigen test due to the new UK government guidelines for travel into the UK. Their reply was as follows: "Randox Travel Centre Refund

Unfortunately as you have requested a refund outside the 14 day period we are unable to issue you with a refund in this instance."

I have had to rebook a PCR with another company that is providing refunds for their customers who have found themselves in the same predicament as me...AVOID RANDOX!

Signing up then registering each test is a nightmare, but has to be done repeatedly. Make a mistake and your data is deleted .. start all over again. I ordered a day five release test to get out of quarantine early. This is now DAY 10 and the results have still not been sent! I've tried calling Randox but get a constant automated message .. have wasted around five hours on this! Extremely corrupt (and I guess illegal) terms and conditions .... avoid like the plague!! (no pun intended)

Look at the rules that they have on their website. Everything is designed to be inconvenient, so that you lose money, have to pay more money, and they profit. What an awful product, regretted buying!

For example, from their own website:

You will need to purchase a new antigen test kit, we cannot amend certificates once they have been reported.

I want to collect from a different location than the one I chose – is this possible?
No, orders can only be collected from the original location chosen as per the order confirmation

When looking at Randox reviews read several pages to get a true sense of poor Customer Service Make a negative review as I have and still waiting a response. Make a positive review and Randox reply immediately and fill the Trust Pilot pages with patting them selves on their back. A great tactic to hoodwink potential customers away from their true performance. I would suggest that their Customers Services staff spent their time sorting about peoples problems.

My wife and I paid handsomely for this service.

We had to drive to Cheltenham Racecourse to post the tests. Not convenient.

That was in September (2 months ago) Never heard anything more and could not find any way of following up.

Seems like a scam, but no doubt the fee is helping to line the pocket of a Tory MP's consultancy.

Waste of time for the poor punter though.

Avoid this company! I ordered a PCR home test kit on 8th of November 2021 but it still hasn't arrived on 22nd of November. I have been to my holiday and came back but it still didn't arrive. I had to pay double the price of the home test kit for the same day results just to be able to make my trip. I got the dispatch email on 10th of November, saying 'Shipments are generally delivered within 1-2 working days.' but still no delivery.
I called their customer support and waited on the line for 20 mins and no agent to speak with!

The team at Waterloo was great, especially Elsie! While there was a wait to be checked in due to the volume of people, the process was fast!

I probably went at a quiet time (6pm on a Friday), no queues, 15 mins for the process.

Best price I could find without a postal process.
