I've worked with Randd for a few years now, and they make a complicated process much easier. The reports are written well with good understanding of our projects, and the results are always very worthwhile.

Random spammers still at it. More then two years on from my previous review, these people are still sending out spam (and I'd argue scam) emails. The latest is headed "Deadline reminder for [my business's] R&D claim notification" in an obvious attempt to make someone in my company think, "Oh! We must have asked them to do a claim for us, I'd better get on with it." Needless to say, I haven't ever contacted them or asked them to do anything for me. I don't do anything that would come under HMRC's definition of R&D (as they could easily have deduced if they'd bothered to glance at my website at all before spamming me) and I'm not about to fall for the "fake R&D tax claim" scam.

We have been working with RandD UK for many years now and they just keep getting better. From very helpful advice, to a service that is efficiently delivered along with the proffesional standards that we demand.

Great experience using Randd for our annual R&D claim. They took time to understand our business and do all the heavy lifting when it came to completing the claim application. The whole project was turned around in a short time frame and the time saved by our own team makes this a no-brainer and also gives us peace of mind that everything is compliant.

This company relentlessly pursued us to sign up with them, when we explained we had not paid any corporation tax for a number of years they said they would look into our records and they would only take their payment from any money they saved us if nothing there would be no charge. We were very reluctant but they kept chasing us, one person in particular. Needless to say out of the blue we received an email from solicitors in Manchester threatening us with debt collectors if we did not pay Randd UK Ltd £3500 + vat even though we had no documentation or proof that they had filed any tax documentation, this was in June and we immediately responded detailing our experience of their cold calling and we requested paperwork to prove the work they had undertaken on our behalf, this was in June. We have today received a demand from their solicitors to pay the invoice in full within one week, or they will start court proceedings.
We have reached out to our accountant to evaluate Randd UK and the work they have undertaken on our behalf. Our problem is we have not been able to reclaim any tax when we are not paying any but they still expect payment. DO NOT ENTERTAIN ANY AGREEMENT WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED.
