C'est du rapide !
Une fois qu'on a pigé le fonctionnement, ça va tout seul ! J'ai particulièrement apprécié la vitesse des rendus une fois les projets lancés. Un peu cher (surtout avec la TVA) par rapport à d'autres render farms, mais c'est compensé par la vitesse des rendus.
Particulièrement utile en cas de charrette !

Maya Crash
Maya crashes over and over again after the project has been packed by the the RanChecker. Pretty annoying. Normally after restarting all programms the problem seems to be solved ... for now. But at the moment it crashes permanentely. I don't know if it's a Maya issue or it's caused by your software. That makes working really hard.
Edit: Issue solved!

Thanks for your feedback even though you are annoyed by this issue that we completely understand.
RANCHecker prepares many projects all over the world everyday so I doubt this is related to the tool but a bug is still possible.
I contact you straight away in private to fix that with the technical team.
It's a shame you did not contacted us before as the technical team is very responsive to help.

Please note that if f your scenes do not exceed 11 Gb of VRAM while rendering, then you can stick with the GPULow formula to keep the price as low as possible. Of course it would be also a bit slower so it all depends on your deadline and budget :).

Seul bémol, avec Corona Render le "Noise Limit Level" n'a pas semblé fonctionner, du coup j'ai cramé tous mes credits d'essais.
Le technicien me les a re rendus gratuitement..si c'est pas du service !

This is the last time I use your render…
This is the last time I use your render farm. In the last few times, we have had problems processing our animations with you (the purpose of hiring a render farm is to avoid issues and meet tight delivery deadlines, but we are experiencing the opposite).
This is already the second time that the animations are processed and the frames come out with errors and with the render engine watermark appearing randomly throughout the process.
I would also like to request a refund for this job, as the service delivered does not meet the expected quality standards.

Some of your projects were invalid for logical reasons with error logs.
When you contact the support team at contact@ranchcomputing.com you get a quick solution so I'm surprised that you did not contact us earlier, especially if you are familiar to the service!
With regards to the watermarked images, this is our responsibility as last week there was a licensing issue on some specific machines, which has already been fixed yesterday!
We do not understand why you did not contact us earlier as you now send this feedback 5 days after the issue.
This is really a shame, as we would have re-rendered the images the same day for free!
I am going to contact you in private and refund you the problematic jobs.
Be assured that this issue won't happen again so if you send jobs right away, everything will run smoothly.
