Our experience was smooth and transparent, despite a stamp duty deadline stressing us out, Derek from Ramsey Moore was easy to contact and never failed to get his duty done efficiently.

Absolutely amazing service, purchased a property through them and Lindsay was extremely efficient and professional through out the whole process.

After purchasing I decided to let the property out through them, Robyn was amazing.
She managed to get me tenants within a week and handled the whole process herself.

Can thank them enough and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. Gary has been an absolute legend from start to finish with the purchase of our property, which wasn’t exactly plain sailing! He pulled out all the stops to make the purchase go through as quickly as possible despite a number of challenges, and he was always so friendly about it whenever we picked up the phone to find out what was happening.

I have sold and bought a few properties now and have never come across such honest attentive estate agents. They really do want to give the best service and not just sit by while you struggle with other estate agents and solicitors in your chain. They kept us up to date on everything and pushed where pushing was required. It is now 3 weeks after moving in and Gary is STILL helping us when we had emergencies.

I don't think I have the time nor space in this review box to detail the ins and outs of our house purchase story however if I did, you would truly understand how professional and consistent the team at Ramsay Moore are. We had a number of challenges with a difficult seller however each and every one of those challenges was dealt with the utmost professionalism. I can honestly say, if it wasn't for Mark and Gary, we'd have been looking for an alternative property and not sat in our beautiful new home writing this review. Both Mark and Gary have evidenced that they will not put down tools when a big issue comes their way and instead, they seem to enjoy coming face to face with these issues and work a way to resolve them. If you are thinking of selling your property in the area, they are your guys and they will not let a sale full through, even if it means receiving a barrage of abuse late at night! Thanks all.
