PESIMO! En mas que un año, no contestan a las consultas de mi abogado. Los unicos correos que nos llegan, son avisos de ausencia. Hace dudar que la Sra Ol.... y San.... realmente existen. Lo mismo con llamadas, simplemente no hay forma de contactar y recibir noticias. Falta de profesionalidad, respeto hacia compañeros como mi abogado y gracias a su pesimo atencion (mas bien falta de), ya paso un año sin arreglar la disputa legal. Los daños colaterales para mi son inmensos y ya se merecen denuncias en instancias superiores- no solo su clienta que me daño. Verguenzoso!

Hemos tratado con Carlos y su equipo durante los últimos 4 años, incluidas 2 compras y ventas de casas, así como muchos otros asuntos. Servicio altamente profesional y súper amable en todo momento. Muy recomendable.

Usprünglich hatte ich diese Kanzlei auf Vorschlag der Allianz Versicherung gewählt.

> Es wurden überteuerte Kosten für ein medizinischesn Gutachten (8-Seitig) in Höhe von 1.400 € berechnet (Außerhalb der Reschtschutzversicherung), obwohl die üblichen Kosten für eine solche Leistungen bei etwa 300-400 € liegen.

>Nach der Abrechnung des Gutachtens herrscht seit über drei Monaten Funkstille. Es erfolgt keinerlei Rückmeldung via Mails.

> Telefonisch wird man lediglich von der Sekretärin beschwichtigt, die versichert, eine Notiz für die Anwältin zu hinterlassen. Ein Rückruf erfolgt jedoch nie.

>Besonders kritisch ist der Umstand, dass die Kommunikation kurz vor Ablauf einer wichtigen Frist (Einreichung der Klage/Beschwerde) vopllständig abgebrochen ist.

Ich habe mich kurz vor Ablauf der Frist dann entschieden, einen alternativen Anwalt zu beauftragen. Dieser hat sofort mit der Arbeit begonnen und die Versäumnisse der vorherigen Kanzlei ausräumen können.

Diese Erfahrungen auf unprofessionelles Verhalten und eine mangelnden Service schließen, vor allem in einer so sensiblen und fristabhängigen Angelegenheit.

Im Nachhinein stellte sich raus, das die Kanzlei bzw. die beauftragten Anwälte dessen mit diesem Fall überfordert waren und nicht wirklich wussten, wie und wo Sie die weiteren Dokumente anfordern können. Ebenfalls kannten Sie sich nicht mit den örtlichen Gegebenheite aus.
Es wäre absolut Fair gewesen, diesen Umstand, ehrlich und offen zu kommunizieren, so dass ich ohne Zugzwang nach alternativen Anwälten hätte suchen können.

Selbst nach meiner Auflösung der rechtlichen Vertretung (Mandats) erhielt ich trotz ausdrücklicher Bitte meinerseits keine Antwort der Kanzlei.

PS: Anwältin wurde 11,5 Monate vor Ablauf der Frist beauftragt.
