Abigail provided me with great assistance and was able to find what I needed.

I went to the store near 97th and Quivira - Oak Park Mall area to find a specific MLB Tshirt. The store was loaded with merchandise and people. I looked around at the Tshirts on a few racks but couldn’t find the specific one. A clerk asked if she could assist me and I showed her a photo of the shirt. She asked me to follow and we made our way towards the rear of the store through a maze of racks. She went to a cubbyhole structure and stooped to the lowest cubby pulling out a folded tshirt. The exact one and size that I needed. I was so impressed with this woman - I could have never found that tshirt on my own. Great customer service !!!!

The store is awesome, anything you could every want for sports apparel in Philly. Little pricy but a great store.

Everything is grouped according to teams which makes it super easy to find what your looking for. Staff was friendly and hemlock.

Great selection but staff seem so uninterested and never asked anyone if they needed help.
The West County mall store has the best staff by far.

There was a lot of Lion's stuff to choose from and the cashier was very friendly and efficient. Not being much of a shopper I appreciated how easy it was to get what I wanted and to be taken care of.

Greeted by employees when entering the store and huge selection of Sixers boys gear exactly what I needed for my 10 yr old son!

When I walked in, I saw the sign 40% off jerseys. That is exactly what I was there for, score. I told the
Employee which Jersey I was there for and a course Worthy #1 jerseys were an exception to the 40% off. This was the most expensive and biggest present my 7-year-old was asking for from Santa. I have 4 children in total so Christmas gets expensive as is. I was disappointed and put it on hold to see if I could find it cheaper on Market Place in Kansas City as I am from Wichita. No luck.

The employee was unable to give me an explanation of why. It was just disappointing.

I would give my experience a five star, the employees were super nice and super helpful. The store was clean and organized, alot to look at. But not being able to get the 40% off dropped my review down to a 2 star.

Meet first thing with friendly personal. Asking questions i was guided to Savannah. She was bubbly, energetic, knowledgeable. Guided me to best possible choices. Then as I returned to check the staff made additional suggestions with correct sizes. This completed my purchase just in time for Christmas.

Had a wonderful customer service experience with Rally House yesterday! I had ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas last week and received an email on Dec 12 that it was wrapped and awaiting carrier pickup. By Dec 18 the status had not changed and I despaired of receiving the shirt on time especially since we will celebrate on Dec 22 because my son has to work on Christmas. I contacted the online chat and got Holly who was wonderful. She promised to expedite delivery of another shirt and when I told her we would celebrate on the 22nd she kindly upgraded my package to next day delivery. It just arrived and I am extremely pleased! In fact went to my local Rally House (Brentwood MO) this morning and bought two more shirts! Big shout out to Holly! I will be telling everyone about your great customer service!

Terrible AI customer service, can’t talk to a human being to resolve your issues! On customer service page you can’t touch any of the phone, text or chat buttons they don’t respond! Really difficult and frustrating dealing with any concerns on your orders. Need customer service with human beings! Finally after several hours and texting with AI I found a hidden number and resolved my issues with a lady who was extremely helpful! Phone number with a human being was hard to find almost hidden 😢. Terrible experience and will never order from Rally House again 😞. Will continue to shop the stores but never order from them again, processing and shipping takes a long time to complete. AI customer service is pitiful and useless!

I drive from midtown KC all the way to Oak Park just to go to this specific Rally House. They have the best selection of styles and sizes in the entire city. The entire staff is top notch and friendly. I love this place.

Went in last minute looking for gift for an Angel tree person, asked about cowboy scarves, was told just past the cups. The guy just kind of walked us over , but half way turned around and went back to the register. I guess because we went in like 15 minutes to close.They turned off the music. I ask oh what time do ya close we still had a good 10 minutes, was going to look around more but felt rushed. I totally get it, Ive worked retail during Christmas time, but this actually the time to shine. Honestly, I don't plan on returning.

Great selection of all local teams and also state items. Helpful staff.

I ordered an item that was out-of-stock in one store but in-stock at another. They told me that it would be at my house in a couple of days (this was December 3rd). The Rallyhouse notification told me it was delivered but it never was and the UPS tracking stated there was damage and currently has been sitting at "Delay: Emergency Situation or Severe Weather" status since December 5th.

When I called the original Rallyhouse (where I was in-store talking to the clerk to complete the order), they told me there was nothing I can do. When I call the main Rallyhouse corporate number, it's all automated and it suggests to "text me" and a person will call me back in 8-hours or so.

When I call UPS, they told me that they are waiting on someone from Rallyhouse to get back with them and so far, no one has talked to them. Apparently the package was inappropriately packaged.

It is now December 15th and there was been absolutely no movement and no care about my missing package. I will also be informing the better business bureau. Rallyhouse shipping and lack of customer service is absolutely horrendous.
