We visited the Collegeville location, our first trip to a Rally House. This is an amazing store...clean, friendly clerks and awesome manager. We drove from Lancaster County to get there and it was worth the drive...we will visit again!

I never bought anything from you. You just sent me a receipt that was billed to a credit account I don't have. You got scammed by someone who fraudulently used my email address.
I hope that whomever's credit card number was used is able to cancel or reverse the charge.
Try tracking down the shipping address to see where your merch went. It certainly didn't come to me.

The selection of merchandise is almost overwhelming.. in a good way. We needed assistance with selecting a jersey high on the wall and the associate was very helpful and patient. Check out was quick and efficient!

It was my first time ever shopping at Rally House and the two young ladies working were very nice, helpful and it was a great experience....I walked out with some new Brewers swag!

My daughter and I had 20 minutes to kill before the K State game. If we had more time we would’ve spent more money. The Aggieville store is our favorite. The staff is great and the options are amazing.

Found everything I was looking for. Great selection of merchandise. Super service!! Had an enjoyable conversation with one of the sales personnel. GO CATS!!!

This store is great. I do love Rally House’s selection. But paying $36 for a t-shirt is way too much. Rally House is overpriced AND never seems to have sales or coupons to alleviate that.

Shout out to the Arlington, Texas location in the highlands. i just want to express how amazing the staff was today! I came in around 4:30-5pm. The young man who was at the register helped me with my first online order (super easy) I also ran into 3 super nice ladies on the floor they all immediately asked if I needed help with something. Also Kim who was stocking in the back! She was also super knowledgeable about the different blends of the shirts (which I love) Overall 10/10 service!

I ordered on-line based on a delivery date (promise date) that offered 2 business day delivery. The first business day, the tracking data showed it delay by one, then two then 3 additional days, which failed to meet my requirements and the sole reason this site was chosen vs. others.

Staff member or friend of staff member was sitting on the counter with a Bluetooth speaker playing very loud. 3 staff members all be hind the counter talking to each other not the 4 customers in the store. Was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. The store had way too much product in the store, very messy and very hard to shop. I stood in line for 10 mins waiting to check out. One staff member was helping a customer return an item. There were 2 other registers and two other employees behind the counter. They did not help or want to help. So I waited in line while the staff talked amongst them self about the song that the friend was playing on the blue tooth speaker. I was looking for a jersey for my son and had already gone to 2 other rally house stores. The store at MOA had it. The other reason I bought it was because I finally found one. I won’t go back to visit or purchase anything from this location.

The staff were amazing in helping me to create a custom jersey for my Wedding! All of the staff that I interacted with were so helpful and kind to making sure I got what I wanted for my special day! We cant wait show showcase our Stars fandom with all of our guests!

The manager and staff were very helpful. I am disabled and the guy helped me get the Columbia jacket on and off.

Very disappointed that my son received a gift and it didn't fit so we want to exchange it for a larger size and they want to charge us shipping to return it, shipping for the new size after they already charged shipping on the original purchase. The customer service representative was not friendly or helpful and any further communication was sent by recording.
This is the worst customer service ive experienced and not the way to retain returning customers.

Great amount of team gear presented in an organized clean store. Passed up other locations to shop at the Rally House in Fenton.

I Truly appreciated the variety of Eagles merchandise that RH has to offer. I would like if they carry larger sizes in Sports attire though.

This item was never delivered! Never refunded either! No online help. No phone help. Paid for nothing. Terrible service.

Helpful and pleasant staff. Exchange was very smooth and hassle free. Easily found replacement item.
