The store was clean the staff was friendly and the selection was excellent. The prices however were astronomical. $95-$100 for a KU Sweatshirt. I just wanted to treat my newly accepted KU student to a Jayhawks sweatshirt but left with only a sticker for their car.

your return policy is very intrusive, asking for my drivers license and address etc just bc i don’t want to give you my email address is a complete joke. takes some
lessons from other major retailers like Scheels…customer friendly

I went on a Wednesday evening to look for some Chiefs pants. Everything is scattered around and not easily found. The selections are minimal. I was charged more than what the tag displayed but luckily I noticed and was refunded. Yeah it was only $6 but who knows how many other people were scammed. $1-$6 on every customer adds up to nice little profit. The biggest issue I have is, I told the girl at the register I'm not giving my email because I dont want THESE emails and random others. But she claimed they needed it only for the refund amd I wouldn't receive any emails. She even showed where it was NOT checked to receive emails yet here we are. Either she changed it after turning the screen around or Kansas Sampler/Rallyhouse sold my info ILLEGALLY. Either way, I got this review email. I only go about once every other year but this just made my decision much easier, as did the stupid prices they charge products.

The staff was friendly and helpful! Always great to go in a shop that is all about local sports. Go Chiefs!

There was plenty of selection but....I don't understand how you can keep track of your inventory. You have so many products and so little space to show them. Searching is not easy at all. You have to pick a place and don't stop until you find what you are looking for.

The system that you have hanging from your ceiling in the store with jerseys is ridiculous. I stood there for 20 minutes and it moves so slowly and there was nothing. The clerk could do. Plus she had no idea what the sizes were when they came around. I could’ve gone home and sewn a jersey faster than that thing moved. I spoke to the manager, she said she has put in several requests to have it fixed and it has not been done. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating your customers and your people who work there this way

Great location, great amount of options to choose from! Even being a gophers fan and coming in for work and being a badgers fan for a day, this was the perfect spot!

Amanda af the front desk helped me find what I needed and had a small issue with one item. Went back and she could not have been more helpful. Replace the item and was friendly and helpful. Thank you Amamda

What ever you do don’t give them your email address. They will send multiple emails daily and unsubscribing doesn’t work. Messaging them doesn’t work either.

I was there at opening on a Friday morning. The staff was very friendly and super helpful!! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and the salesperson showed it to me immediately. The store was neat and well stocked. Check out was quick and easy as well. I'll definitely be back!

Great service and applied my bday discounts.

Shipping delayed and no notice sent. Had 10 days to ship something for a birthday and failed to do so. Customer service did nothing. Just said I could pay to return it once it arrived.

They didn't have the size I was looking for. The young man helping me looked for 20 minutes. That was very nice of him. I ended up going with another Eagles sweatshirt instead. I appreciated his thorough approach.

We happened upon the Rally House by accident, but what a great accident it was. I loved shopping there. They have a ton of different options for Steelers Gear, I could have bought way more than I did! They also have Pitt gear too. Youngest to oldest, they have something for you

The young lady at the checkout register was extremely patient with a high maintenance customer in front of me. She handled very well and even apologized to me for the wait. I thought she did an exceptional job.

Love going here and Jen is an absolute treat on every visit!

I went to the Rally House on Nov 13, 2025. I needed to exchange an Eagles shirt for size that I purchased at another location.

Djeremy was wonderful. He (along with another employee, whose name I did not get) spent 10 mins or more trying to track the shirt down, even after I said that I could go back to the original location (because I knew where the shirt was in the store)

Djeremy was on a mission! He found it and was happy that now he knows where the shirt is, in case someone else came in looking for it.
