I am someone who is passionate about crafting and how this can help your mental wellbeing. I wanted to design a unique experience that goes beyond traditional crochet, and so I have designed a beginners mindful crochet kit. Crochet is more than just a hobby; there is evidence to suggest that it releases dopamine (that feel good chemical), completing therapeutic activities can soothe the mind. I believe what truly sets my crochet kits apart is the mindfulness journal. The journal has been designed to be used alongside the pattern in order for you to physically document how crocheting and journaling is changing your mindset.

Sarah is fantastic! She's so patient and teaches you at your own speed. Her crochet lessons are so enjoyable and relaxing, as well as really informative and comfortable. Her pattern book and crochet hook was a perfect gift!

I had my 121 with Sarah today and it was fantastic! The kit is extremely high quality, easy to follow and will last for the long haul; you can tell that so much dedication and care has gone into it's design at every single step, and at no point have I felt that I couldn't pause, reflect and ask any questions.
I feel really confident in my skills, and I'm so pleased that I booked this. The process has been really easy and bespoke to me, I chose my yarn and a time that would suit me with ease.
I am disabled and quite anxious in new settings and Sarah has treated me with kindness and respect at all times. I truly would recommend Rainbow Dandelion Crochet to anyone and everyone who would like to improve thier skills, it has been a wonderful experience.

I’ve purchased a couple of items from Rainbow Dandelion Crochet, including the beginners mindful crochet kit.
I was skeptical having been through therapy which also included mindfulness techniques. But the way it’s written, the focus of my mind - something I needed a lot over the years, it’s helped immeasurably. Plus learning something I would never have thought of. I would definitely recommend it for those who simply want to learn crochet and/or learn mindfulness.
