I ordered a savings binder and it came without any trouble. Ordered a second personalized one. It came with someone else's name on it. I complained. They said they sent the correct one... yes, it is correct, but it does not have MY name on it as requested. I've gone back and forth with them for over a month... they asked me to be patient. Then tell me that there is nothing they could do, can i just enjoy/use the product sent. ?? They offered a refund of $7 on a $38.00 purchase. I complained, so they offered $11... refund not received!

I ordered a binder at the end of July, haven't received it. It is now the first week of November. Customer service is horrible. They keep telling me to be patient. This company is fraudulent...buyer BEWARE!! Stay as far away as possible from this company!!

I ordered a very simple binder , that I should have just went to to store a bought,. It's been 2 months and I have not received it. Every time I try to get information about the shipping I get an automated response. I want a phone number to call. Never again.

I ordered 3 pair of Carrhart hiking shorts at the beginning of June and it's now August 18th and I still have not received my order. I've been emailing them and they assured me that my package will be here soon . WHEN ? ? I haven't received any tracking information in over a month. I've learned my lesson , don't buy anything from Facebook advertising ! !

Complete deceivers and liars, I ordered 2 zipped shirts and received 2 poor quality shirts with buttons NOT zipped as advertised, still disputing via PayPal as they respond with, that have checked warehouse and correct items sent, I’ve sent photos of the button shirts, now they offer $9 refund on a $79 purchase then $11
I will not let these drop out of principal, but be warned, if you’re thinking of buying ANYTHING from these charlatans…DON’T!!

Ordered Carhartt Men's Zipper Pockets Hiking Athletic Running Shorts, tracking showed it took 2 weeks to get to uk then a further month in uk before it arrived, this is after many emails. When it arrived it had clearly been reordered from UK as it had no international postage. The size was wrong and in UK large not US large so it was way too small for me to wear. No Carhartt label inside just a cheaply printed logo on outside, very thin material, clearly a fake. Various emails later they suggested I give the shorts to someone else and admitted that the size might vary from what was advertised yet still refused me a return or a refund. The website advertises a 14 day returns policy. Avoid.
