Ordered 4 bathroom soap holding shelfs and it supposed to come with 4 stickers to mount on the wall, only 3 stickers came.
Emailed Raidley service support email and I was “ given a link to purchase” the additional last sticker and no reply since even when I re-explained the situation.
Horrible customer service. DO NOT TRUST THEM DONT BUY!!!

I hate that I can’t give them a zero. The customer service is terrible. They say you can return things but in reality if they make you try to ship it to China and it’s two times the price of the actual product. Also claimed that I am trying to wh0re out the product When in reality they just have crappy customer service and won’t take a return ethically.

Do not purchase this product or any products from this company. It is not good quality, and is cheap product sent over from China. Also, customer service clearly is terrible.

Just received a mat for my sink. It is so small! It cost £24! It looked much larger on the advert. What a rip off, and I waited at least 3 weeks for it. Never again will I order from them

Item ordered was damaged in shipping. Contacted company, they requested photo of damage, never heard from customer service again. Damage due to poor packaging materials and container. Don't bother.

I wish I would have done a little research on this company before purchasing an item from them. It took over three weeks to receive the item I purchased. It was going to be a Christmas gift, but arrived after. I also did not realize that the entire product was plastic too. I thought the dish part was glass (my fault for not being thorough). I wanted to return for a refund since their website advertises a 30-day hassle free return policy. Well, that is not true. I contacted their support email address the day my item arrived. They responded a couple of times, eventually asking for a picture. The last response received was that nothing was wrong with it and now radio silence. So much for hassle-free returns. Save yourself from the headache. Do NOT buy from this company. They are horrible!!

I placed an order, and my credit card was immediately shut off for suspicious activity. Right away, I requested that my order be cancelled. The company stated that it couldn’t be cancelled because the item had already shipped. I said that wasn’t true, and they wouldn’t respond. Days later, I received an email that my order had shipped. Terrible company.

I bought the silicon food preservers. Absolute trash. They either dont open or dont close properly. Complete rubbish. I contacted them to request a return, they asked for a photo and replied to say they couldnt see anything wrong. I then sent a video to make it even more clear and they stopped responding. The website is a scam, you cant open the reviews. AVOID!!!

Took 3 weeks to get my items and when they arrived the package was torn and some pieces missing. Immediately emailed Raidley and although they promise a response within 24 hours, I received nothing!! Emailed them twice again and a week later still nothing! I have contacted my Credit Card company and opened a dispute so hopefully I will receive reimbursement for the items that I cannot use.

Well after reading all the reviews I thought I had been scammed but after quite a few emails and I must say weren't very pleasant of me I can say I received my order this morning it took 2 weeks to come which I suppose it wasn't to bad seing they came from China but we're well wrapped.

I received the mats that I ordered but one of them was wrong design and they were too big. They have not responded to numerous emails that I have sent trying to return and exchange. Useless.

Verschiede Produkte bestellt. Ewig keine Änderung beim Versandstatus bis zum Erhalt über einen Monat gewartet. Versuch Kontakt zum Kundendienst ohne Erfolg. Produkte sind leider nicht so wie beschrieben. Würde hier nicht mehr bestellen.

Never received my mats. Paid $70 and tracking says they are not moving from China. They won’t reply to my emails. I’ve tried to contact them several times.

I ordered a single food container product almost two months ago. Never received it. Tracking says it’s still in China. 3 emails were ignored by Raidley.

How is this legal!?!

They promise big but cannot deliver on these promises. Delivery times are very slow. They did not send my complete order of 4 shelves. Only 2 arrived. Many emails back and forth over what was delivered. More from me. Finally they sent the outstanding 2 shelves but one set was without the sticker to attach to wall. I cannot state whether the product is any good as haven't attached yet as still waiting for the outstanding piece. I continue to email them but it is now silence from their end! Avoid this company. Products are not cheap and their after service is dismal. Learn from my mistake and ...."BUY LOCAL"! Raidley are not to be trusted.

My friend bought one and it looked great, so this time, I went for it for the bathroom, kitchen, and sink in my home renovation. Everything arrived in excellent condition – definitely trustworthy!

Do not trust this company. I ordered a bathroom shelf 6 months ago which failed to arrive. They finally acknowledged that it had been “lost in transit” and said they would send another. By then all I wanted was a refund but since I requested that all communication from them had ceased. Disgusting.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a shelf which wasn't right for my bathroom as it is corner only corner could place in has a grout seam down wall where sucker cup has to go. Being told place it somewhere else cos of gap produced by grout line. There is nowhere else. It's unsuitable. I asked to return and they are making it impossible to do so repeating same rubbish saying place it somewhere else where is no line. Not giving me return address. Unprofessional at best. Will avoid in future and I advise noone to order from them

Absolutely agree with the last review. Thank goodness there is some one out there going through the same annoying issues as me! Taking photos/videos to prove my complaint. I have done as they said and have sent 8-10 emails! Still not sorted!!!

This company states on their site that returns are hassle free. The shelf did not stay up after I followed the steps to install the shelf. I contacted then 9 days after receiving it right after it fell a few hours after putting things on the shelf. First they sent me the steps and told me I needed to follow the instructions properly. When I told them I did they then told me I had to send in a video. I sent the video. Then they said again that I needed to follow the instructions which I absolutely had done already. Their last response said because I have had it for a while that the product is fine.
Their return policy is deceptive and would not recommend anyone doing business with the company.
