Good quality hoodie for Rugby. Size as expected. Sadly they sent me the wrong club logo. However , great customer service and all being sorted to get them exchanged.

Orders take way too long
It took a month for our school pe kit to arrive! This just isn’t acceptable! Especially when you consider the prices that we are having to pay for the hoodies!

We are extremely sorry that your order took so long to be delivered. As previously explained on email this was down to a production error in which we are sincerely sorry for. We managed to get the order out the same day that you notified us. This isn't our standard practice and errors like this are usually very few and far between. All orders take our standard two weeks and the prices of the garments online were agreed by the school. Please once again accept our apologies on the issues regarding your order.
