We booked this company for multiple trips whilst we were in Singapore and Malaysia. We had an amazing experience with them each time. The coach arrived promptly and the guide Azri was very friendly and helpful.
We were a group of 22 people and we all travelled in comfort during the long journeys as the coaches were luxurious and clean with reclining seats and perfect AC!
We also had to make a few changes to our schedule and the company was very accommodating to our last mimute requests.
Overall a very reliable company and I would highly recommend to others!

My family paid this company to rent a vehicle but unfortunately the vehicle was not provided as agreed. We repeatedly contacted the company to resolve the matter and requested a refund, but our money has not been returned. This was one of the most stressful experiences our family has ever had, just imagine arriving at the airport after paying for a rental vehicle, only to find that no vehicle was provided. My family were left stranded at the airport without transportation, causing significant stress, inconvenience and unexpected disruption to our travel plans. This is our personal experience. Please exercise caution and verify everything carefully before making any payment.

We booked the Van from Singapore to Malaysia and return drop back to Singapore. Timings were perfect . And the can is spacious . Arrangement is Genuine and coordinating with us is really great.

Do NOT Trust This Company

Absolutely disgraceful. We booked and paid for a van, only for it to never arrive. We were left completely stranded at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KIA) in Malaysia with no transport, no proper communication, and no genuine attempt to fix the situation.

Being abandoned in a foreign country after relying on a confirmed booking is incredibly stressful. Instead of taking responsibility, we were left chasing answers while our holiday plans were thrown into chaos.

To make matters worse, we felt completely scammed. We paid our money expecting the service we were promised, but we were left with nothing except stress, wasted time, and significant financial loss. The lack of professionalism and customer service was beyond unacceptable.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay well away from this company. There are plenty of legitimate rental companies that actually honour their bookings and care about their customers.

This was by far the worst travel experience we’ve ever had. We will never use this company again and strongly encourage everyone to avoid them.

I am absolutely shocked as to how people can rate this service so low. Defo must be haters or competitors just lying to put the company down.

Going from UK to Malaysia and using this service has been absolutely fantastic. If I could rate more higher than 5 stars I would. This deserves the highest score possible. Immaculate service. The tour guide that came with the bus was the best you will find on any holiday. The man was so well spoken and had very good English speaking skills, respectable and very understanding. He would give us time if we requested to see things properly and guided us with all the local information throughout the trip. He also helped with luggages being put in and taken out of the bus. Unbelievable tour guuide and immaculate clean spacious bus. Without a shadow of doubt will be using this service again when I return to Malaysia. Keep up the good work guys

Had an amazing experience with this company. We were a group of 22 people. Our flights were delayed by two days, meaning we had to make many last minute changes to all our plans. Raffie Travels were always accommodating and very quick to respond. Raffie Travels arranged a 36 seater coach so we could all travel in luxury. We took the coach from Singapore to KL, then did day tours to Genting and Ipoh and finally dropped us off to Penang. Everything was deliveres the way we wanted rather than being dictated by the driver or guide. Overall amazing experience and also a shout out to their guide Azri the most polite and chilled person I have met.

We used Raffie Travels for all our transport needs whilst in Malaysia including going from Singapore to Malaysia and a multiple day trips and finally going from KL to Penang including a stop in Ipoh.
The transport was clean and relaxing, we had no issues at all and were kept entertained during the journeys. Our family of 22 were comfortable in coaches provided and had plenty of space. Aryan was lovely and helped chop and change our itinerary to suit us as we travelled all the way from London!
100% recommend and would use them again and again!

Had a brilliant experience with Raffie Travels. We used them from Singapore to KL, and then a day trip in KL for Batu caves and Genting Highlands and then finally KL to Penang with also a stop in Ipoh. Everything I requested was managed and even changes in times etc they accommodated. Excellent communication with the organiser and guide provided was absolutely amazing.
We are a group of 22 so having the private bus and everything how we wanted was amazing.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Our whole family was stranded at the airport. When we asked for refunds, we got no response.

Absolutely disgraceful and completely unacceptable service. We paid a deposit for transportation for eight people, but the driver never showed up. There was no warning, no explanation, and no attempt to help us.

We repeatedly tried to contact them, but they completely ghosted us, leaving eight people stranded and scrambling to arrange alternative transport at the last minute. Despite failing to provide the service we paid for, they have still not returned our deposit or responded about a refund.

This was extremely stressful, costly, and unprofessional. Taking a customer’s money, failing to show up, and then refusing to communicate or issue a refund is appalling. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Be careful, just got scammed by this company. Paid MYR1000 deposit and they did not provide us any transport.

I have booked with this company multiple times now, and they never disappoint. Smooth trips, a friendly team, and zero hassles every time. Big thanks for always making my travels stress-free and enjoyable. Their airport transfer service is always right on time too. Highly recommend them..

We hired this company to send us to Singapore from Malaysia. We booked in advance and paid. On the day of moving to Singapore, their driver told us that he doesn't have permit to enter Singapore. However, after a while of communicating with the management (we were very pissed because we have no time to hire new company), they said they have permit and he can send you to Singapore. At Johor border, driver pulled over and said "Sorry Sir, I cannot enter Singapore with my car and my friend with another car will drive you from here". The other car was parked next to us. So Everything was arranged from beginning to deceive us.

They gave us a crappy car after that and send us to Singapore despite many emphasis from us that we do not want to change car. We would never ever recommend them to anyone. A business that lies to customers and cheat them must be avoided at all costs.
