They do a good job - always responsive and always innovating. The technology is good, the service is good and the people are good. Very user friendly platform and great instructional videos that cover the A to Z of setting up a radio station and all that goes with it.

This cost me a new regular show, your software once the timer kicks in starts my stream to the station, but it is not received as a clear stream, jumps skips and is not audible, I Stream with the same setup to other stations using either Butt or OBS and have no issues at all whatsoever.

Twice I have tried to do my show on the station, the 1st time using Butt player synced in with your radio.co log in page for the station and the second using your radio.co Broadcaster.

You have cost me a new show. Not happy at all.
Can't even speak to anyone on your customer service number. Not good support at all.

Radio.co is my radio station's "tech department". they are in reach whenever something goes wrong or I need answers. James, Amber and Qasim are names and voices who take their time to make the journey of owning a radio station exceptional.

Jesse is great. Very patient with me and answered all my questions. Always goes above and beyond to find a solution or put me on the right path.

6 years have come and gone with Radio.co. Through it all the company has grown into a powerhouse streaming service. With a top notch customer service dept. that's never stopped improving. New features, integrations, excellent servers, we are all in. Thank you for all your hard work. Once again, we recommend Radio.co. If your unsure test the free trial, put it through it's paces. It will astound you.

I have nothing but good things to say about the great people at Radio.co (and their sister company Podcast co). Excellent Customer Service, best in the industry! Phil, Amber and Qasim from Podcast.co have guided me along the way to get our streaming radio channel and App up and running with out hesitantion and their response time to my questions is always timely and spot on target. I could never invision working / collaborating with a better group of people!

Phil was awesome to chat with even though he is not a Football fan haha. He was very knowledgeable about the Apps and helpful with the issue I was having. I have been a customer for 2 years and hope to continue for the next 10.

We joined Radio.co after doing lots of research and what we liked is everything they told us they could do they did. Our service ran for a year with no major problems at all. I would highly recommend it for anyone interested in creating their own media platform.

J'ai écris pour signaler des problèmes techniques que je rencontrais sur ma web radio. En effet, j'ai remarqué plusieurs dysfonctionnements qui affectent la qualité de l'écoute pour nos auditeurs.

Tout d'abord, j'ai constaté de fréquentes micros coupures au cours de la diffusion en direct. Cela peut être très gênant pour les auditeurs et peut affecter leur expérience d'écoute.

Ensuite, je remarque que les illustrations ne s'affichent pas correctement sur le site web de la radio. Cela peut également affecter la qualité de l'expérience utilisateur et la compréhension des contenus diffusés.

Enfin, j'ai également remarqué que les doublons ne sont pas pris en compte de manière adéquate. Cela peut causer de la confusion pour les auditeurs et affecter la qualité de l'expérience d'écoute.

L'équipe est incapable de répondre aux problèmes, sur le papier, l'offre est alléchante... mais la réalité est tout autre.

Radio.co answers all your questions, usually on the same day. They promote videos made by creators that have done radio before and know the subject well. This is so you can succeed without extra cost to you. They give masterclass videos without the expensive subscriptions.

See... They don't make money if you don't. If you have problems, they have problems. Their mission is to help you every step of the way. Problems with add ons? They got you covered. Don't know where to go to promote your station to bring in the ears? They got you covered.

I've never seen a company go so far out of its way to ensure you have all the tools to achieve your radio goals. They understand the process of the long game instead of short term when it comes to keeping customers. I do wish every company followed their business model. They don't try to sell you something, you don't need.

Radio.co have been an excellent support and great service to us as we set up and ran an internet radio station during the period of lockdown and beyond. The platform is excellent and easy to use and it got us going when we needed it. The support team were very helpful in every way to get us going. Thank you so much.

Clueless customer service. Always has NO answers. It's a Abbott and Costello script . Who's and first what's on 2nd and clueless on 3rd.

Amber did a fantastic job helping me get the Android app set up correctly so that I wouldn’t be rejected because of information that was still needed.

The App Store app is much easier to navigate and set up then the android app. In my opinion, there should be a video tutorial to walk you through the android app set up.

I absolutely love the tutorials by James on YouTube about radio.co because he answers a lot of questions that you may have about setting up your station or which equipment you would need to properly set up your audio.

For those of us who are broadcasters and not DJs. It would be easier if there was a package available where you could choose a Music license instead of trying to figure out which companies do you need to go with for a music license. Also, there should be an option when submitting an app for review that you can check off that you do not want to use music on your station.

I am really happy with the company to this point and I believe with the feedback of the customers and clients. The company will continue to get better. Thank you all for all the hard work.

The quick easy signup to Radio.co was very pleasant and after signup the layout of the dashboard was pleasant with lots of features (I have chosen the „Plus Plan“ and the booked demo call with Jessie was a most endeavor for my big plans I have with my commercially registered Webradio! Furthermore there support is fantastic; meaning a helping hand is always available! The quality of the Stream is uttermost superbly excellence! To have a good relationship with all those chaps is a pleaser!
