You have probably spent well over £1000 to £1500 in store over a year, describing us as the best racket shop in your previously left 5-star review. The problem for you started when your ego was hurt as I banned you from the store and told you politely to take your business elsewhere.

Your extreme judgemental religious views, and spreading hate were not welcomed, as there is no space for antisemitism or hatred towards any religion in our society let alone in our store. I was happy to show you the door, as no amount of money you have spent with us will ever entitle you to think we tolerate or agree with your views.

As you threw your toys out of the pram and continued your abuse on the phone and emails, you were reported for harassment and spreading of hate speech. You were then rightfully cautioned by Met Police.

You then threatened me with your pathetic 1-star review and said “You would delete it only If I apologised”.

Like many small businesses, we have morals and pride in what we do, and will never tolerate halfwits like you no matter what amount of money you want to spend.

So, to you I say, sit there all you like behind that keyboard clicking and clacking away, trying your best to stain an honest and well-reputable small business, call us all the names in your short vocabulary, but ultimately you are still NOT welcome back in the store.

😂 when I think I seen it all! Says a lot about you as a person if before you have even entered the store, you are somewhat offended by the name of our store calling it “arrogant”. I find it strange that you call yourself “Teddington shopper” and are not even from Teddington. In your head you seem to carry the wisdom of a million people as you brand the thousands of lovely genuine local customers as well as the wonderful people from in and around London as “silly” for shopping here. Apparently, they should ask you for advice.

Thank you for your tip. I got one for you too: When you walk in to any store, treat staff how you want to be treated, with respect! Don’t moan about it online because you could not have it your way. You walked in with your 20 years old Head Radical rackets with disgusting grips I may add, and then demanded discount as if we owe you something! You wanted the best string on the shelf but wanted to pay peanuts for the service. Self-entitled morons like you walk in to premium stores with that pathetic attitude, along with a personality to match, and expect a red carpet to be rolled out for you, but only in this case I was happy do so.… 👉🏽to the outside of our store.
Take your silly attitude and business somewhere else!

String prices range from £25 all the way up to £70 and every customer has options with prices listed in store and online. We pride our self on service and high-quality product for which the prices are set by the manufactures.

Hi Margaret. £30 for a high-quality restring service carried out by a team that has strung over 45000 rackets for players that are beginners all the way up to grand slam participants. Paying attention to every minute detail and using a wealth of knowledge to guide players along the way of their tennis journey. Rackets strung on the spot within 15 min while you wait and without any prior appointments on the world’s best stringing machine. When you compare this to having your valuable rackets strung by some home stringer with hardly any of the experience mentioned here, whom will use the opportunity to string your racket as a learning kerb and then turn it around in 3-4days and perhaps charge you £10, I think it’s safe to say we offer a far more superior service.

Now having said that, you are of course entitled to your opinion and rather than discussing your issue face to face in store, you felt the need to leave a feed back here calling us greedy. In the same way I will give you my opinion and that is quite frankly I think you are a bit of a penny-pincher and perhaps you should take your business elsewhere!

Every now and then we get odd customer like yourself that are not happy regardless of immaculate service provided.

You walked in with no intention to buy, but rather use us for information and feeling the products of our shelf (that you can’t do online). I still welcomed you like I do all customer and asked if I could help to which you responded no as you were "just browsing".

After a short while I then asked you a simple question which was are you looking to purchase a racket? to which you responded "No, just want to feel the products", indicating you wish to look and not buy. I still went a step further to help and explained to you that if you’re unsure of what racket to purchase, I can advise you and you have the option to use our fantastic demo rackets at the cost of £20. Industry standard so not sure what you are surprised about. As for performance shoes we have over 100 styles which are also listed on our website so not sure what else you’re expecting. People like you just think its ok to waste other people’s time and think its ok to go in to specialist’s store to get all the info and then go buy online.

Was glad to show you the door! Perhaps you should visit your local finest Sports Direct which is more local to you in Kingston and more within you budget.
