Ordered Monday, arrived Wednesday and I’m uk based. Was incredibly happy with the service and process. Also the only reliable place that held a specific racket i couldn’t locate anywhere else.

Terrible delivery in Barcelona
Terrible delivery in Barcelona. My "supposedly" home delivery did not find me at home where I was all day long, and now I have to spend one and half hour to go pick it up in a location that´s only open during business hours. I don´t know about other countries but I certainly do not recommend ordering anything from here if you live in Spain.

Hi,
We are very sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery in Barcelona. We understand how frustrating it is to wait at home all day, only to be told you weren't there, and then having to spend your valuable time traveling to a pickup point. This is definitely not the service we want to provide.
We would like to investigate this with the local carrier in Spain to prevent this from happening again. Please contact us at support@footway.com with your order number. We value your feedback as it helps us improve our shipping partners.
Best regards/Paula
Tilfreds kunde

Excellent racket at a good price
Excellent quality racket at a good price and with swift delivery. First time ordering from them but with such a good selection of rackets available I am sure we will be ordering again soon. Also, the customer service was very good, when I contacted them with a question about delivery times, so very good experience overall.
