Nice and beautiful products
Nice and beautiful products. I bought the “pre-loved” rack buddy and they come packaged like they are just new items. My only complaint was that i left one of the items for one day outside and it was already getting rusty. For the rest the company has a fast delivery and nice customer service.

Since we are aiming for an industrial style with our racks, we decided to use the same type of thread as original water pipes have. These so-called conical threads can never be screwed in all the way, therefore the thread will always still be a bit visible on the outside after assembling your rack, adding to the industrial look.

Hopeless, a €90 order accepted online then rejected by email blaming Brexit requiring order of €160 minimum. No sensible rationale. Can’t be bothered more like. Won’t be back.

We are very sorry for the way your order was handled. With Great Britain leaving the EU, a lot of new challenges regarding shipments into the UK arose. The new situation lead to new rules, procedures and limitations. As a response to this, our carrier decided to set a minimum value of 160€ for orders shipped to the UK.
Since our English homepage is not only used for order to the UK, but also other countries within the EU, there was no option available to block orders underneath that limit to the UK in the checkout, which forces us to cancel orders below 160€. Our IT is aware of this problem and is working on a more fitting solution as fast as possible.

Order #COM4290
Order #COM4290 - the order (7 boxes) was shipped in two parts (6 boxes & 1 box separately) with no communication. I got in touch with customer service, excellent on the first contact.
After I received the second shipment - I got in touch with customer service again by email, provided information w photos. I suspect the shipment was not assembled properly - I received one not correct box and the box (with second drawer) is missing.

Very difficult to assemble
Very difficult to assemble, without tool it s simply not possible.
I scratch one of the tube, assembling what i bought.
For the price i m really desappointed

We are very sorry to hear that the assembly of your rack caused you trouble.
Normally it should be possible to assemble freestanding racks like your Capone without any tools, but sometimes the thread can get a bit stuck. In this case, a pipe wrench is the right choice to make building the rack easier. To avoid scratches from the pipe wrench, we recommend putting a piece of cloth in between the pipe wrench and pipe/fitting.
To make up for the trouble of the assembly, we would love to send you a new pipe as a replacement for the scratched pipe. Maybe we can also look at the difficulties of the assembly a bit closer to figure out how we can improve our products for the future. My colleague Monika will contact you today, so we can figure out which pipe is damaged and get everything in order.
