Topervaring bij Racefiets013!
Ik heb hier onlangs een nieuwe tijdritfiets gekocht en ben supergoed geholpen. Vanaf het eerste contact kreeg ik duidelijke en eerlijke informatie, er werd snel geschakeld en alles verliep transparant en betrouwbaar.

Bij het ophalen namen ze ook echt de tijd om nog laatste tips & tricks mee te geven over de fiets en het afstellen, wat erg fijn was. Je merkt dat hier veel kennis en passie aanwezig is. Zeker een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar deskundig advies en goede service!

Ontzettend blij met mijn prachtige fiets van racefiets013! Ziet er splinternieuw uit en alles werkt super. Ze zijn goed bereikbaar via whatsapp, waardoor een afspraak snel gepland was. Op de afspraak is er alle tijd en ruimte voor vragen en een proefrit.

Ook denken ze ontzettend goed mee over aanpassingen aan de fiets. Na een aantal ritten merkte ik het stuur wat te breed vond. Kostenloos heb ik een ander stuur gestuurd gekregen, welke ze ook gratis voor mij hebben gemonteerd!

Kortom: een fijne zaak met een breed aanbod en perfecte service! 😍

Via Marktplaats en Buycycle ben ik terechtgekomen bij Racefiets 013. Ik zat zelf enorm te twijfelen tussen een tweedehands fiets en een eerstehands fiets. Mijn twijfel bij een tweedehands fiets zat vooral in de vraag of de fiets goed onderhouden was en of er geen blijvende schade aan zat die ik niet zou herkennen. Bij een eerstehands fiets paste mijn budget niet bij mijn wensen.

Racefiets 013 sloot hier perfect op aan! Ze hebben tweedehands fietsen, dus voordelig, en de fietsen worden grondig bekeken en onderhouden. Hierdoor kreeg ik het vertrouwen om voor een tweedehands fiets bij Racefiets 013 te gaan.

Ik heb Instagram en de website een tijdje in de gaten gehouden totdat de op het oog perfecte fiets langskwam: de Cannondale SuperSix Evo.

Tijdens mijn bezoek heb ik wel aangegeven meerdere fietsen te willen testen, ondanks mijn voorkeur voor de Cannondale. Joao had de Cannondale klaarstaan en liet mij ook andere fietsen proberen om de verschillen goed te kunnen voelen. Uiteindelijk heb ik op drie fietsen een rondje gereden en was ik meer dan tevreden met mijn eerste keuze.

Daarnaast was het leuk om met Joao te praten over het bedrijf, hoe ze te werk gaan en hun toekomstige doelen. Ze bouwen aan iets heel moois en geven mij het vertrouwen dat ik miste bij tweedehands fietsen.

Kortom: vriendelijke mensen, goede service en heel veel mooie fietsen!

Joao made us feel welcome immediately and made time for me to check and tell me everything about the bike with a good coffee! I also could test the bike several times until I had a good feeling with and position on the bike so that it certainly suited me well. The admin afterwards and payment and communication were in confidence.

I had a very positive experience here. Joao is enthusiastic, kind, and took lots of time to help me. He made sure the bike was properly set up with the correct stem and saddle height so I could take a test ride and see if it was the right fit.
I was also really impressed by how many beautiful second-hand bikes they found (never seen such a great second hand selection anywhere else).

After that, João smoothly arranged the finance, and of course we closed it off with the traditional photo before I headed home as the proud and happy owner of an incredible S-Works Tarmac SL6. The shop clearly focuses on high‑quality race bikes and top‑notch customer service, which really shows in the way they communicate and the attention they give you as a rider. I left the store genuinely happy, confident about my purchase and can only say this is a highly recommended store that lives up to its many 5‑star reviews. Great service and very friendly. Nothing is too much to ask; replace the sadle, change the steerstem for a better fit. Everything for a happy customer.

I recently bought a used road bike and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I discovered them on Instagram and after great advice via WhatsApp, I easily booked an appointment online. In store, I received excellent guidance and the bike was adjusted perfectly to my measurements. I was even able to take it for a test ride. João was incredibly friendly and helpful and he even assisted me in loading the bike into my car. Highly recommended! 🚴‍♂️🤩

Getipt door iemand die recent een aankoop bij racefiets013 had gekocht heb ik contact opgenomen nog voor mijn nieuwe aanwinst online stond. Communicatie via de app verliep vlot en de dag na het eerste contact had ik een afspraak. Fijn dat er alle aandacht voor je is omdat je altijd de enige bent. Deskundig geholpen, fietsinstellingen van oude fiets overgenomen. Goed meegedacht over vermogensmeter.
