FRAUD ALERT!
A few days after placing my order I got charged for membership I never knew I subscribed for. Sure, there was the small text somewhere between the lines, but if you took my money without me consciously agreeing to give it, it is stealing.
UPDATE I was offered a 15% discount at the checkout and I sure took it, who wouldn't. I couldn't even imagine there would be something like that, most of the time I feel safe when I buy things online in Sweden. Once again, I HAVEN'T seen that I subscribed for the membership which means you didn't make it easy to see it. So yes I saved 30 krones, but I paid 159 for membership I will never use again. I have contacted your customer service before I wrote this review and I haven't got a reply yet.

Rabattklubb.se is a loyaltyclub (if you select it), where you apply up to 15% discount on your orders, either by upgrading beforehand through our upgrade pages, or directly in the checkout. As we can see that you selected the latter, your discount was provided on your order accordingly and the order was sent. This saved you a total of 35,52 SEK (from 309,55 SEK), which again, you actively yourself applied during checkout.
Memberships can always be unsubscribed at any time, which is also listed in the confirmation emails sent to you, when placing your order.
You are welcome to contact our customer service again regarding your order and the accompanied membership as such.

When you go to Google review, you would see scores of others who are complaining of the same scam by rabattklubb.se. They use tricks to obtain money from people in the name of membership fees. I do not have an account with them. I did not sign up with them. I only made a purchase which they have not still delivered. This company obtains money from people by tricks. They are scammers. On the 31st of December 2023,i ordered for hair dye. I was charged adequately for that after I input my card details on their site. A few days later, I noticed a debit on my bank account for casual gaming Aps subscription. I traced this to rabattklubb. I also got an email thanking me for subscribing to be their member. This came as a shock to me because I never subscribed with them nor did I have any intention of doing so. When I tried to investigate this, I found out that other people have experienced this same issue and rabattklubb told them that for them to be charged, they must have subscribed. This was when I realised that I have just been scammed. I have blocked my card as advised by their victims that I contacted.
Rabattklubb.se is a fraud company. They are scammers. The moment you post your bank card details on their site, they will steal money from you and call it whatever name they like. Their customer service does not work either. Call their number and hear for yourself what comes out the other line. They do not reply to emails. Instead, they would come to a public space like this and try to defend their fraud. I have asked them to show me proof of me signing up for membership. They have none.

Please be advised that in our shop you can either purchase as a guest at a regular price without signing any contract, or subscribe for a paid membership and apply your membership discount (in your case -15%) on all your purchases.
You have chosen the second option and used your GOLD discount for your specific order.
I am sorry you were not aware of the terms and conditions upon registration, however you have actively accepted them while signing up your membership.
The terms and conditions were / are listed multiple places around the site, including but not limited to, the checkout while placing your order, as well as the following confirmation pages, confirmation emails and much more ; frankly it would be hard to miss these if any. Additionally you are even able to remove said discount (and subscription signup) through the checkout, with the clearly marked 'Accept Membership Discount' -checkbox.
Rabattklubb.se will not refund a GOLD Membership without prior notice of termination (and cancellation of order). This is because once you are a member you can make immediate use of our services, utilizing the 15% discount, take part in raffles etc. If you do not cancel your membership within the trial period Rabattklubb.se will assume that you are interested in continuing as a GOLD member and your membership will be renewed automatically.
Additionally the Customer Support number you dialed works perfectly fine; yet we do not answer this after working hours.

Otroligt bra på alla punkter. Var skeptisk i början då jag aldrig tidigare beställt från dem eller deras andra bolag shopbetter. Fick min order 4 dagar tidigare än förväntat leverans datum (Corsair TC100) gaming stol. Blev fel på adressen då jag skrev fel siffra, kundtjänst ordnade snabbt upp det och svarade på mitt mail. Blev förvånade att dem packade min order på helgen och blev iväg skickat på måndag trots det var Black Friday. Ordern kom fram redan på fredagen samma vecka och den var skickad från Spanien. Det är tack vare Rabattklubben fick iväg orden direkt. Kollade upp organisations nummer och allt innan jag ens la ordern och allt var i sin ordning. Stark rekommendation från mig, kommer bli mer köp från dem framöver.
