Tier Brown was pleasant, polite and patient with me, and that says a lot. I am not tech savvy but he put me at ease and he helped to save some money for me during my insurance shopping.

The process was quite simple. The agent was clear spoken and patiently answered all questions with ease. Overall I have no complaints as he was able to save me money each month.

I thought QuoteWizard would show me a comparison of quotes for car insurance companies. What it really did was trick me out of my personal info and fill up my email and phone with spam from lots of companies. I still have to figure the information out myself to try and compare them. It did not save me any time. Dealing with this mess is costing me time. I do not recommend it.

Mr. John miller is such a great help wonderful person

They allowed someone to use my identity to get a quote for a car I don't own. When I called I got a rude customer service agent. He said rather quickly "I'll take you off our list" and then hung up on me. He didn't explain anything to me, even when I tried asking any questions he simply hung up on me. I would never ever work with company.
