Tara was fantastic, this is my first Business venture so I was unsure of the process and what I actually needed.

Tara found me a great deal and sorted all of this, leaving me able to carry on with my work. 5*

So I was originally new to Quote Four a couple of years ago, but I got in touch with Jack after my current broker had made such an unconscionable mess of things (and still does), I just felt I needed someone remotely competent to handle and unravel the mess that had been made.

What I found during our time together was that Jack was prepared to go above and beyond to sort out the mess (we barely had a handful of days before my current policy expired, and I'd be overseas for the last part of that), but he did it. We were constantly in contact during that time, trying to find just the right provider.

Subsequent to that, he's put me in touch with other members of Quote Four to work with other policies that needed working on. Each time (Tara and Emma, I think, in that case), went above and beyond to achieve excellent prices and ideal coverage.

Beyond that when I was looking for insurance for my young learner driver, Jack also helped me identify the right car (insurance wise). The very long list subsequently became very specific. He and his colleagues have made life so much easier.

Though as I leave this review, the individual from the previous broker has just asked me to leave feedback for them. Honestly I'm of the mind that if I cannot say anything nice I don't say anything at all.

We have both residential and commercial properties to insure and have always found it difficult to find a broker who not only understands our specific requirements, but someone who actually cares enough to advise us on suitable policies. Everyone I've dealt with at Quote Four has provided polite, prompt and efficient service. They've always taken the time to fully explain different elements of the cover on offer and merits (or otherwise) of them. To be able to offer this level of personal service whilst maintaining competitive prices is impressive. We would highly recommend giving them a call.

The team are always friendly and polite. Nothing is to much trouble and when I’ve had a claim they are always there to help. Never use anyone else if I can help it. Very competitive prices and I know what cover etc im getting.
