The build was exactly as described and the PC works well. However, some LED cables ended up loose 2 days after arriving making the LEDs on a fan not working. I had to adjust the tightness on the back so the LED cables wouldn't unplug by themselves. One cable had been sticked using tape which I find unprofessional. Also, the automatic feedback on the website after ordering was close to non-existent so I had to write to customer support frequently to get some feedback, which I think was annoying for both me and the customer support person. Overall, I'm happy with my order, but some improvements regarding automatic feedback on the order page and some more delicacy while wiring the back of the build would have made it perfect.

Product runs great. I had a windows issue through no fault of Quoted Tech, and they walked me through a step-by-step of how to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. Great company that deserves more attention.

I purchased the Frontier Extreme gaming computer from the company and have had my unit for almost four months now. I am so happy with my purchase, it is a wonderful computer and gaming has been smooth.

I originally ordered the computer at the end of November and received it within a couple of weeks. Unfotrunately the first unit had been damaged during shipping with UPS, but the return was smooth and I was sent a new unit within a week. The second time around Quoted Tech used Purolator and double boxed the unit with added shipping materials. I had not issues with setting up the new unit and it's been smooth sailing since.

The customer support was amazing and the staff very helpful.

I would highly recommend purchasing a computer from this company if you are in the market for one.

I ordered a prebuilt they had advertised when I was in search of a new PC, I was too scared to order parts on my own. These guys were awesome. Built, tracking all included (being built, being stress tested), and it’s Canadian! I am obsessed. I can run my favourite games like BellWright, Hunt Showdown, and Cities Skylines with zero problems! I also love how carefully packed the PC came.

I ordered February 4th, and I received it after about 3-4 weeks. Definitely worth the wait.
I also love how personable everyone is at their customer service end. They just have fantastic communication.
I got the Horizon Launch Edition. So quiet, the LED lights have a button so you can change if it’s rainbow, one colour, etc. I swear it’s the PC’s wifi capabilities because my PC is on the opposite end of the apartment from my router and I don’t notice any ping spikes or rubber banding on FPS games anymore.
The cord management is beautiful, the case is amazing quality and you can just tell they actually care about their products.
