Horrible bank! I banked with them for over a year and when I tried to set up a second account, I experienced the WORST customer service. Instead of trying to keep me as a customer they basically said they did not care if I left and changed banks.

My dream of owning a home became a reality through the tireless help of my loan officer KRISTINA KOVACS. She is the one who guided me through the entire process from beginning to end. She is the one that said yes to me, and the only one who told me, we can make this happen when the other banks said no.

My situation is somewhat complicated. Kristina took me on, and explained to me anything I didn’t quite understand. She made herself available to me with emails and calls, even after work hours. Kristina has a great team working with her. One of them is VICTORIA MAIORINO. She is such a kind person. Her verbal and written communications to me were easily understood. She along with Kristina loves to help people in my situation, they both make a perfect team. I was treated with such dignity and respect by these two ladies.

I finally closed on my first home. This was completed in FIVE weeks!! It was such a joyful occasion when the keys to my home were handed to me. If you have any unique situation, especially if it’s an ITIN loan. I would recommend Quontic Bank and their choice of employees. Thank you KRISTINA KOVACS AND VICTORIA MAIORINO for all your help.

The pay ring was and remains the primary reason why I opened and maintain a checking account. I’ve been using it for a couple months now. It works almost everywhere, and feels like the most secure means for retail purchases. No one can see the debit card number or any other information about me. I can’t lose it very easily. The ring feels good on my finger and serves double duty as my wedding ring! I can easily monitor the balance.

It took some patience to open the checking account and obtain the pay ring, but it was worth it and I understand Quontic’s polices address security concerns.

The App for my iPhone makes it easy to monitor the balance in the checking account. It is inconvenient to have to use the web browser interface to log onto my account for executing a transfer with an external account. I hope in the future the App will include this external bank transfer feature, as this will be more convenient and also feels more secure than logging into the account using a web browser.

The current app is very basic, I am looking forward to seeing the upgrades and additional functions in the new app launching in November.

I was impressed at how friendly and accommodating each representative was and focused on providing or finding the best answer and solution to my concerns or needs. Refreshing. I especially liked I could speak directly to a representative when I preferred to do so.

Setting up an account online was very easy. Had no issues. Funding my CD's was easy and transferring money over from my bank was up to spec on modern security features.
The app was recently updated and has some additional functionality however I only use it for tracking my CD's.

Time and patience is key as to whatever concerns you have, they’ll take care of it, as they did for me. And you get a cool pay-ring instead of holding a debit card but you get both to your liking.
Take the Quontic leap, you’ll be happy you did.
