I never subscribed to this service ! Since it has not been used at all I'm asking that you return my money to my card ! I will cancel this card as soon as my money is returned!I'm a 73 yr old living on a fixed income and would have no need for this! I hope you will do as I ask so I don't have to take other measures to get this settled! I thought my card was compromised but from these reviews I'm not so sure!

I cannot get this cancelled
I cannot get this cancelled. I've sent a request to their support team and they cannot "find" my account. I've followed their directions to cancel for the past week and keep getting error messages on their app. Now, they are trying to charge my credit card almost $40 for the subscription. I don't know how to get this to end.

It is very misleading this day and age where you have stitch fix and other companies sending you clothes. Esp for $30 a month. Do not use. And if ur not satisfied. They take ur money anyway. When I cancelled my order 15 mins after receiving, one of the cancellation options says, I thought you sent the clothes. Which means they realize ppl may make that assumption and do not clearly state that they do not. And they keep ur initial payment. Fraudulent company.

This is a total scam. I looked at their website, however, I don’t remember opening a subscription and yet they are charging my Apple account. I never downloaded the app until they started charging my account. Every email address that they have provided for Customer Service is non-operational. Don’t fall for this SCAM.

Upon attempting to use the service, I immediately encountered severe technical and system login errors that prevented me from accessing or utilizing the styling services I paid for. I contacted the merchant's customer support team immediately to resolve the technical issue and request a cancellation and refund. While the merchant has confirmed via email that my subscription is now canceled, they have explicitly refused to issue a refund for this non-functional service.

SCAM- I just sent an email to the email provided in one of the comments in trust pilot realising afterwards I realised that I had not given any information of my account- I also used a different email address to sign up. I then got an automatic reply that my subscription had been cancelled however they would not be able to do this cause they didn’t have any of my account information. This just confirms it is a scam instead of wasting more months. I will contact my bank.

Impossible to cancel subscription
I have never used it. My repeated attempts to cancel my subscription have each been blocked. I followed the directions to cancel— without the slightest success. I see no phone number anywhere. Still, they faithfully deduct $38.95 every month for which I get absolutely nothing. I am very frustrated and angry.

The pictures are tiny. If you select a piece it shows where to purchase it. The pieces would have to be ordered from multiple sites. So basically you are paying for tiny pictures. Better to just look on Pinterest and save your money. I canceled immediately

They do not provide the information advertised about finding out your feminine style. Also the AI chat can't and does not answer the questions with the information requested. The color palette wasn't used in the outfit suggestions and they were not chosen for the climate requested. All outfits were for winter not summer over 100 degrees. Also it was only the same outfits, never anything new in the requested colors, etc. It was a very disappointing experience and I would never have purchased any of the outfits as they were not based on the information I provided. They were very nonflattering. I certainly will not recommend this to anyone.

If I could give negative stats I would. One star is more than generous. I subscribed thinking this was different than what it was, which was a shopping assistant. I don’t need that so I immediately canceled. I never ordered and barely looked at app and still was charged 11 and 20 bucks respectively. I paid them and thought, my bad, I canceled on the app and moved on. A month later they tried to take another 30 dollars, saying later through “service” email reply’s to my concern that it was a prior owed amount. For what? Don’t know cause I never ordered and canceled. Bank flagged it fraud but it messed up my Apple Pay. Don’t trust this company!!!!! Stretchy business practices. Reputable businesses don’t have to work so hard to provide nothing of value.

Scam. Can’t find where is the subscription, can’t cancel.
Downloaded app just to check it out. Didn’t like it. Happened to check my bank account today and saw 3 transactions for subscription! Tried to find emails from “Stylio” if I may have accidentally subscribed…nothing. Checked my iPhone App Store, also nothing. Customers will ALWAYS receive email notification to confirm subscription unless it’s a scam. Read through all the reviews, all same theme. Tells you a lot about this useless, scamming app. Giving you 1 star is extremely generous.

SCAM
SCAM! Completely misleading subscription cost. They charge $10 at first and then change it to over $50. I tried contacting them when I saw the 2nd charge was pending and was told that it was non refundable and that was their final decision.

Stay clear of this Company. The service takes weekly charge’s repeatedly without authorization. Notice they do not have a phone answering service when you call. The call is disconnected. I have stopped payment via my bank three times. They are robbing me. Unscrupulous scammers.

Charged my credit card even I cancelled the subscription
I was charged even though I already cancelled my subscription a month ago. I used it for a week and paid for a week subscription and I liked it but I find that it's too expensive coz they bill weekly. 2 days after paying 1 week subscription I made sure I cancelled it in google playstore and checked several times, then uninstalled the app. Well, a month after I got the surprise coz they charged my credit card for $55.00. Emailed their customer service, no reply. Tried calling their phone number and it says " not able to receive phonecall" .

I signed up hoping to try the free…
I signed up hoping to try the free trial but once I realized it was not for me, I have been billed multiple times. I still have not been able to find any unsubscribe options and have been issued no receipts. I feel really dumb for having been scammed and not being able to figure out a way to stop these payments for which I’ve received nothing. Also, there are no ‘account’ options within their app, which they promise in online instructions. Very frustrated and alarmed.
